Stopped today got two meals 21.00. Chicken was overcooked and horrible. Fries where overcooked. Never again.

Me an my husband just got some food from getting the Nashville hot chicken meal with an added biscuit and when we opped it our meal is cold an chicken is soo touch like its been sitting there for awhile and they even forgot our biscuit . Im soo disappointed cause we love KFC and when we finally have the time to get it it turn out to be a bad idea. I've tried 15 times to call the store on long hollow ave goodlettesville, TN to see what they can do to fix this an I haven't gotten an answer or atleast someone to pick up the phone. That not right. What am I to do?? The one time we stop .. darn.

Food for 4 took 40 minutes even though it was 5 PM and there was nobody else in the store. Employee there started getting angry at something and started cussing loudly and created a very hostile environment. Girl at the front was nice though. Could be an understaffing problem, but they just seemed to be unprepared

I typically never review fast food places unless they're horrible and people should know. That's not the case with this place. I rolled up the minute they opened just by chance and was greeted with a very friendly greeting really cool guy taking the order. Border to famous bowl which most KFC's never make them very good. But shout out to the food preparer at this location I couldn't have made it any better myself. 10 out of 10 these guys showed out.

Had to throw away 2 of the four chicken tenders and the coleslaw was mostly water. I wouldn’t even let my dog eat the chicken!! And you charged $10.00 for that garbage.

I ordered a big box and only received 2 pieces instead of 3. The chicken was old and dried out like it had been sitting innthe window for an hour. I tri3d to call to let the team know and no one answered the phone. Terrible experience!!
The men's bathroom was nasty. The dining tables and chairs needed to be cleaned. The napkin dispenser was empty and very dirty on the outside. Plenty of staff, but standing around.

I went through the drive thru this afternoon after church. The service was wonderful. The cashier was very respectful,nice and friendly. When I had gotten home , the food was so amazing.I loved every ounce of it. It's taste was so delicious. With me saying all of this you guys rock. Keep up the good work.
I ordered a bucket of chicken and two bowls of macaroni and cheese, this is what we got instead of macaroni and cheese

I don’t know if I just came at the perfect time or what, because this KFC was no 3 star KFC. The food was as good as KFC food is going to be and the workers were genuinely giving good service. They also have a nice dining location.
I picked up dinner drove home they left off potpie. I live too far to drive back. They were not busy. I should have read reviews first. Ownership must not care they don't reply. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Went in on a 30 min lunch break, 3 ppl working, refused to come to the front and take order. Guy comes to the front and says used the touch screen to order. I didn’t see it when I came in. I said can you just take my order, he said nope use the screen! I don’t work for KFC!I don’t like these kiosk they’re hard to navigate sometimes or don’t work. It’s pretty sad! The two other customers walked out with me. They should close this location. It’s obvious the ownership could cares less reading the reviews! Heads up!

This is twice now I have stopped and gotten the chicken sandwich value meal and the chicken is so hard that you can't eat it. I believe that will be the last time I eat KFC.
P.s maybe if you wouldn't let it set for hours under the heat lamp it would be good. Pure laziness.
