Well I might even have to say something next time my man. Which I probably will never come back to. The food was very soggy. Not to mention the guy who took my order did not give me correct change back I was short a dollar and some cents And whatever he did get back to me smelled strongly of weed and other drugs. Didn’t receive silverware or napkins. I was tired and that point didn’t care so I just left. Will not come back.

Pass this one up! Totally wrong order. Paid for white meat, got all dark. No napkins. No spoon/fork. Smallest chicken pieces ever. Wrong amount of condiments on sandwich. Only one biscuit not 2. Terrible messed up order.

I have always loved kfc but the customer service here was BEYOND TRASH!! did not take there Job seriously everything was still not cooked through made me never want to eat kfc EVER AGAIN!!! very disappointed!! If you hate your job find something else in life don't make my experience horrible if I could give a negative star I would've

I was here yesterday for lunch, and had one of the bowl meals, food was served quickly and was hot and fresh. Darn good lunch for $7 and some change!
The store was filthy the cashier was rude and the food was horrible. The soda machine had mold coming from it. Nasty

I drive out to Goodlettsville to get my chicken from KFC because it has in the past been good. Today not good! The chicken was old I ordered an eight piece and got 5 wings (really) for 5 adults. Almost $30. When I get home the lid on coleslaw was not on so coleslaw juice went everywhere when I lifted the paper bag it was in out of the bigger plastic bag. So now I got Mac and cheese that was hard and 4 biscuits that were as hard as baseballs. Call Corporate, well I didn't get a receipt either and paid in cash.Lesson learned.

Employees were swearing, and laughing about how their other employee didnt cook the chicken all the way and got someone sick. Constant swearing from the kitchen..... over all extremely ghetto.... wouldnt recommend
