Plaza Mexican Grill

Located in somewhat of a strip mall area….La Plaza is somewhat of a surprise as a slightly upscale Mexican restaurant. The furniture is detailed. The staff are very nice and the tortillas had a nice flavor from the grill. Only 4 stars just because the food wasn’t very hot. Some people were served fajitas at another table that were the customary “steam coming off” kind of heat. We didn’t though. We had a large group so I’m sure that added a challenge. The food was great and everyone liked theirs. They had gf and df options. Just ask your server.

My meal was not what I ordered. Chimichangas are deep fried🤣🤣🤣not just stuffed with leftover chicken and nuked!!! Barf

Very poor experience. If you like burnt fajitas, this is the place for you. Not to mention $12 for lunch and the portion was extremely small. They can do better.

The best food & drinks! The best waiters & owners! Highly recommend coming here! Especially coming on Fridays, for live music! Makes our family feel so special and celebrated on our birthdays!

The worst Service I ever had!!! They don’t deserve this one star to be honest with you.

Awesome restaurant with lovely indoor atmosphere, excellent service, and DELICIOUS food! I am very grateful for the community mindfulness of this business. They have been very helpful and easy to work with when it comes to sponsoring meals for events and the owners are a very lovely family. I highly recommend this place for a casual meal or your next event catering!

It was an average atmosphere, the food was good but not as good as the last time I was here. The server was good but appeared to have a lot on his mind. The salsa is different too.

Plaza was recommended as the Mexican restaurant to go to in Goodlettsville and boy is it! The food was delicious, service was 10/10, and our chip basket was never empty 😜 highly recommend Plaza!

You cannot have a good atmosphere with the music so insanely loud. This was on 2/28/2025.

REMEMBER KICKING HER IN HER SIDE WHILE SHE LAID ON THE GROUND IN THE HALLWAY IN THE GINGER BREAD HOUSE ON MAY IN OKLAHOMA. YOU REMEMBER ME SCREAMING OUT TO STOP BEATING MY MOTHER WHEN I WAS 3? I WATCHED TED THOMPSON BEAT HIS 2ND WIFE KAREN, BARRETTES MOTHER, ONLY TO FIND THE NEXT MORNING HER POOPED STAINED PANTIES LAYING ON THE TUB AFTER SHE CRAPPED HERSELF WHILE BEING BEAT BY TED THOMPSON. THE WOMAN THAT TED THOMPSON PARADES AT YOUR MEXICAN GRILL BY THE NAME OF SHERRY IS HOME WRECKER THAT SCREWED TED THOMPSON WHILE HIS WIFE DEBRA SLEPT AT HOME OR WAS AT AN AA MEETING. SHERRY IS AHOMEWRECKER SNAKE ALCOHOLIC WEARING A CROSS AROUND HER NECK. SHE WILL GET HER KARMA. BESIDES ALL THIS, TED THOMPSON IS A SUB PAR MUSICIAN AND PERFORMER THAT NEVER SUCCEEDED ANYWHERE. BUT WHAT HE DID SUCCEEDED IN DOING WAS SCREWING A RICH SNAKE BEHIND HIS WIFE'S BACK. THAT'S WHO YOU HAVE PERFORMING AT YOUR TERRIBLE RESTAURANT.

The staff were friendly, prompt, and helpful. The place was very clean. The food was delicious! No one in my party had any complaints. Will come again.

The food is amazing every single time I’ve gone and they have great drink specials throughout the week.

First I'll start by saying the restaurant was very clean. The atmosphere was great and the people were friendly. I had the mixed chicken and steak fajitas,it was okay skimpy on the steak and a little overcooked but tasted pretty good. My strawberry mango margarita was very tasty.
