This review is long overdue for the Subway on Long Hollow Pike. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I moved to Goodlettsville eight years ago and occasionally stop by for lunch or to grab something for my family. Quality of food is always good and environment clean. One day, I was so hungry that I ran down there for a sub, but when it was time to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I was incredibly embarrassed, but the staff treated me with kindness and told me to take the sandwich and come back to pay later. Being an honest person, I ate the sandwich in my car and immediately drove home to get my wallet before returning to pay them. I don't know many restaurants that would do this. Since then, I have held great respect for the owner and their compassionate approach to service. I hope the same kindness they showed to me continues over take them when they need it the most for their family and business. Thank you and may God continue to bless you.

The service is unprofessional and not attentive .
Never had an issue here, easily one of the best Subways I've been to. Always very clean and the employees are cool people.

The manager is very rude. The other staff is also not very polite. They always over-do it on the mayo, salt and pepper even when you're saying, "Please, stop! Please, stop, that's enough." It's convenient on the go, but they do act like it's a 'chore' to have a customer, even being argumentative at times, and the last time I got iced tea from there my stomach was very upset for two days. Food=2 stars because it's easy, quick, affordable, decent. Service=1 star due to aforementioned issues. Atmosphere=3 stars because it seems to look clean and has a great location.

When I use this subway I typically get a good experience. Normally there are three ladies working and when they are working service is a hundred times better. Today there are two guys working who aren’t getting orders ready. I place an online ahead for 3:35. At 3:40 I arrive at the subway and my sandwiches haven’t been started. Then my sandwich’s are completely wrong and when I complain I get ignored. Work is work!

Check your online order before going. They will mess it up and then act like there is nothing wrong. A chicken sandwich with no chicken is a pretty good F up.

Owners-workers were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and neat. Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious! The bread was soft and fresh and complimented the meat and fixings and not overpowering.

i got chips from the store & every bag was opened, & the one bag i picked that wasn’t they opened it to smush it into the bag. never again will i go back & they are also cheap with everything, i hate to be a karen but this is ridiculous! the kids don’t even fit the cups they have, the produce looks gross, & the attitudes there is HORRENDOUS
