Owners-workers were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and neat. Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious! The bread was soft and fresh and complimented the meat and fixings and not overpowering.

i got chips from the store & every bag was opened, & the one bag i picked that wasn’t they opened it to smush it into the bag. never again will i go back & they are also cheap with everything, i hate to be a karen but this is ridiculous! the kids don’t even fit the cups they have, the produce looks gross, & the attitudes there is HORRENDOUS

Didn't understand the tone of voice they used when asking what toppings and telling me how much to pay, there was no need to be demanding...? I guess the family's toddler was frustrating them but they directed that at us instead of correcting thier little one

If I could give them a zero, I would!! They are so Rude! My Mom and I wanted meatball subs and we wanted extra and they would not get us any!! On the footlong there were 6 whole meatballs! We are Never going back there! We their sandwiches but the past 4 times they are horrible!!

We recently decided to try this Subway location again after seeing TV commercials for the new menu items and receiving coupons in the mail. When we got there, we showed our coupon and said we wanted to try one of the new subs. the woman behind the counter shouted at us, "No coupon! No coupon!" She pointed at a list of their very basic sandwiches, indicating that the coupon could only be used on those items. We left without buying. Afterwards, we examined the coupons that definitely did exclude certain items (in very small print) but did not specify that NONE of the newly-promoted items could be purchased using the coupon. If the coupons really CANNOT be used on the new items, that should be clearly stated in the flyers and the coupons, otherwise it could be seen as a "bait-and-switch"scheme. In any case, the employee's attitude was uncalled for and not at all customer friendly. I don't think we'll bother going back and we'll warn friends not to waste their time using the Subway coupons there. Very disappointing.

I went there this afternoon. I walked in the lady didn't greet me She was too busy working on the bread that could have waited. Finally she asked me if I was ready to order I gave her my order Tell her what I wanted told her I didn't want a heated asked her for my sandwiches to be wrapped individually She have them puffed I thought she was going to blow my house down. I gave her my coupon She told me I couldn't use my coupon and she put the coupon behind her head holding it back I asked for it back and I told her fine You can keep the coupon and you can keep your food and I walked out of the store I will never go back there again very rude lady very nasty place and they don't deserve my money.

I have never had a reason to review a subway until now. The food is Subway. No frills. But the service was unexpectedly good. We were in town for a Lacrosse tournament and the line was a bit long, and I was expecting the typical slow service I expect at Subway. But the staff was sharp and never missed a beat. 5 stars for exceptional service on a very busy Sunday lunch crowd.
