Me and my guys came in to get some lunch on our route. We were pulling a trailer so we found a spot to park where we could go in, order, and leave (mind you this is at 10am, so by no means peak hours). Since we were getting takeout and would be leaving in a few minutes it shocked me when the moment we walked through the door and said “hey good morning!” we don’t receive a welcoming, instead the first words spoken to us was “you’re gonna have to move that truck because you can’t park like that blocking paying customers” after exchanging words we we were refused service unless we moved the truck so we begrudgingly left and will not be returning. It’s very sad because I eat Taco Bell OFTEN and have never had a bad experience before this, and even worse we are staying in a hotel down the road for the next couple months and I don’t even feel comfortable returning atall. Truly a disappointment
Parking: If you’re pulling a trailer don’t even waste your time. They will tell you to leave because “you’re taking up spots for paying customers” and will refuse to service you until it’s moved.

Slowest & laziest restaurant in a 20 mile radius (literally)
Not to mention all of the "employees" are insanely rude(minus the tall white dude who seemed to be doing a majority of the work)
On my latest and final visit I waited for 20+ minutes for 3 items with no other dine in customers, no one in the drive thru customers, and 4 "employees" in the kitchen. I just left...I wasn't going to get my food. It would've been faster if I drank a 12 pack, spun in circles 30 times and walked back in the kitchen blindfolded and made the food myself. Shout out to Taco Bell of GOODLETTSVILLE for "employing" ride potheads.
Also their new tactic is to take your drive thru order then make you park in the front and make you wait on your food. I parked on the side of the building and timed these transactions. People were waiting on the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes and were immediately sent to park in front of the building where they were forced to wait even longer. The "employee" would come out of the customer entrance with orders and was walking up to each vehicle asking what they ordered and proceeded to other vehicles when they realized it wasn't the right customer. Absolute garbage management( as if there was any)

Quick and friendly
You don't always get what you want. You have to take the time and double check your food. Cause the girls behind the counter are busy on there phone. Customer is not first in their eyes.

If I could give it no stars I would. In an empty restaurant, and no one in the drive through it took me 30 mins to get 2 tacos and 1 burrito. After waiting 15 someone finally comes to the line with gloves from I don't know where and on the phone, actively touching his phone and my food. After I told him to get off the phone and change his gloves it took even longer to Get my food because he decided to finish his phone call first. Finally he started making my food, when I got it everything was soggy and cold. This used to be my favorite taco bell. I will not be returning.

somebody seriously needs to replace the girl at the drive thru window that takes all the orders on the speaker. shes been here for too long being unnecessarily rude and short no matter what u say or how nice you are. her job is too easy for her to be that mad all the time. she goes “mhmm” literally nonstop.

It was 20 or so minutes before they closed the dining room, and one employee was getting the dining room ready to close by mopping and everything else before closing so she could go home when they closed. Another employee went on break and came out to the dining room to eat. Looks like a couple of mgmt people were more interested in counting and balancing the cash register until then, making sure the 6 customers that were in the dining room were being waited on. My confirmation email was at 944pm, and I got my food at 1015pm!! I guess that I was lucky because I was the first of those 6 customers who were still waiting!
