They charge an extra fee on to-go orders, and it is ridiculous that utensils for Curry is not something that is already included without having to ask!! Chop sticks won’t work for that! Absolutely love their food but with different young employees working upfront, things do not go as smoothly as they used to!

TPK is just awesome. I recently had an issue with a payment and was able to call in and get a resolution easily. They offered to refund the difference, even though it was a couple bucks. Customer service is horrible.I ordered takeout and my order was wrong. No big deal. Things happen. I called the restaurant to let them know that I ordered a vegetarian stir fry and was served a stir fry with big chunks of meat which I believe is chicken. I asked them if they could reverse the charge so that I could be refunded.The person I spoke with acknowledged that my order was prepared wrong. However, they refused to refund the charge without "seeing" the meal. I let him know that I wasn't able to come back but I could send a photo, email, or some other means. He raised his voice at me demanding that in order for a refund to happen he needed to "see" the meal.As someone with restaurant experience, reversing a charge for an order that you know you messed up is not an extra effort. It's actually pretty simple and happens often.I'm hopeful that the issue can be worked out either with my bank via a dispute of the charge or with the restaurant.
