I have always enjoyed those thick, juicy square burgers and often ate lunch there. However.....plans have changed! WHAT in the WORLD kind of meat was that? It had all the flavor of cardboard! Is that what 3D food tasts like? Country me out! McDonalds it is!!!!!

My husband and I went to this wendys at around 6:42 we get there and wait about 5 to 10 minutes to order our dinner which I understand it was busy as I used to work in fast food but we waited about 30 or so minutes to receive our food we ordered 2 double daves burgers one with bacon one with out with baconator fries( the one we did receive was NOT FRESH AT ALL! It tasted like it had been there for a while) on both meals and I also had a potato with bacon and cheese for later we did not receive one of the baconator fries nor my potato I brought it up to the cashiers attention and all she said was "about that they gave the last potato to someone in drive thru can I replace it with a baconator fries" I said yes that's fine but waited another 20 to 30 minutes for supposed to be 2 baconator fries but got one Chilli cheese fry but it looked like it was nothing but beans and beef and water which is NOT what we had requested I left it on the counter before we left and she looked at it a few times before we did but did nothing with it I will not be going back to this location until things get better

Wendy's is so disappointing, No matter how many times you complain about service and the food, especially at 6:30pm, the staff at that don't give a dam! They refuse to serve hot food, They will argue with you instead of replacing it! Fresh food is a true problem here, and it's sad and disrespectful! We work hard for our money,We trying to feed our families fresh food like you feed yours. Ordered 2 Asiago Chicken Clubs, one spicy one not. Both were spicy and one had paper in the middle of the sandwich! I did not get a receipt and will not go back g there again.

Ordered two grilled chicken Asiago sandwiches, not spicy and a cobb salad. Imagin my surprise when I get home and but into the sandwich and it's spicy as hell! Allergic to peppers so it was NOT a pleasant surprise. Super pissed and no one is answering the phone.

Every time I went to wendy's and gave them another chance.They find another way to screw up everything. I request a fresh spicy chicken sandwich plain. And they think that dropping went out of their warmer drawer in the fryer or microwaving a spicy chicken to make it hotter is giving a fresh product. My son loves the potato edges for breakfast. One of the few things that's actually good. From Wendy's and I was 4 minutes late, getting to their breakfast and they are so rude and won't even make an order of potato wedges. Four minutes after breakfast ends, knowing they probably have a basket.Full of potato wedges in the restaurant. I basically begged, please. Could you at least make one order Of potato wedges for my son, and got a rude, "No!"

Someone apparently made a mess in the ladies restroom. The employees were going on and on about the odor and arguing who was going to clean it up. They were pulling their shirt collars over their faces while being VERY LOUD... talking about how bad it smelled. One girl employee asked a guy employee "DID YOU FART?" My husband and I left when an employee started making very loud GAGGING and VOMITING noises. While throwing our lunch in the trash I stated "You all need to grow up. We were trying to eat while you are making very loud gagging noises". The tall thin gray haired man who was mopping the floor by the exit said "if you don't like it don't come back". By far my worst restaurant experience...will never go to Wendy's again.

Went to Wendy's got a combo meal I asked for a baked potato instead of fries when I got the baked potato there was no inside Harley in the potato and I asked him what's the French it seemed like the potato had been sitting for a while the color has started to change to like a light brown potato chip color sorry but no thanks will not come back to that when this again wasting my heart on money
