I ask for a sauce for my nuggetts and I was charge for a sauce that I should have gotten with my nuggets in the first place. The guy at the front said it was because I did not order a sauce when I placed my order. It is not the first time that this same person has treated me poorly. When I see him. I just want to leave.

The dining area was very cold. Maybe this is why the place was empty at noon.
The hamburger patties seemed to have been cooked days earlier then kept warm. No tasted and past well done.
I also found out, Wendy's now charges an additional $1 when substituting chile for fries.
And the Chile was half over cooked bean and the other half were under cooked.
Definitely not typical of Wendy's, maybe just this location.

Sandwich was burned. And they didn't give my extra mayo and i asked for extra pickles but i got no pickle. Staff all looked frustrated due to lack of help but they were at least friendly. As usual drive thru was served before dine in people.
