Wildwood Resort & Marina

This review is for the restaurant. We've eaten here twice (lunch and dinner). The food here is first rate (kudos to the kitchen). The dinner table service, not so much. It took awhile for the waitress to show up at our table (the place wasn't empty but not super busy either). Food arrived quickly (due I think to the kitchen being well run). After that, we were virtually abandoned. At some point we debated just going to the front to pay the bill and leave. For us, this will be a go to spot for lunch but probably not again for dinner. Some final thoughts: the location (with its view of the water) is good, the food here is very good (as mentioned already), the atmosphere is laid back, which is fine for lunch. Table cloths for dinner wouldn't hurt...

Chloe was the worst server ever! Why do you allow people like this is work in your establishment. Totally disgusted with how we were treated.

We have been to Wildwood Resort three times now. This last time we got married at the pavilion. They have the most beautiful sunsets. The restaurant food and staff are amazing. Every experience is perfect and we will be back again soon. We absolutely love it here.

My husband and I planned a trip to Nashville for our 25th anniversary but wanted a place to chill and relax beforehand. He has always spoken of Airstream campers and so I found Wildwood by Googling airstream campers. 10/10!! Enjoyed a view of the lake from our camper over a fire every night. Enjoyed a delicious dinner and Murder Mystery show on Saturday night at the Lakeside Restaurant. Hiked the Periwinkle Trail and loved the peacefulness of it! Met John and Natasha, the owners, who were so pleasant to visit with. Mr. Matt and Jonas were so helpful with getting us settled in and keeping our firewood stocked! The BEST experience!! Highly recommend!!

Daniel is such an asset to your place. Drew, Mat and Kylie are all incredible too. We love it there and Chris does a great job with the food.
It is the best kept secret. I hate Matt and Karen were out of town. We didn’t get to meet Jesse but we look forward to meeting him soon.

Spent 3 nights. Wanted to explore the area BUT we never left the premises. This is not a 5 star luxury resort. But it is a 5 star experience. Fire pits and smores. Staff is excellent. They care! The best part was the comoradery of the patrons. Locals and far flung guests. We all had a great time together. A JEWEL!

Everything about our first visit was pleasant! The well-kept grounds, staff, terrific restaurant, scenic views, and the Airstream village where we stayed. And also provided were S’mores kits, and firewood. In its category, this is a first class destination.

Noteworthy details: Nice views of the lake, and Granville is available Wednesday through Saturday. It’s a little Mayberry theme Town that’s run by volunteers. There are hiking trails and it’s pretty easy to get around on your feet. We love the restaurant, too. We will be back

We had an awesome time during our stay. The staff was excellent & friendly; the food was awesome; love the fact that the whole facility is dog friendly!!!! Explore the surrounding area for horseback riding, Tennessee‘a own Mayberry RFD, rent a boat!
