We stopped there for breakfast. got a large coffee. the rim of the cup was crumpled so the cap was not able to fit tightly. when I took the cup near the top the cap came off and I was burned and soaked in coffee. The woman who served us got instantly defensive and never even asked if I was OK. she was clearly angry that I asked for more napkins. this is not how to treat customers! will never go back.
give managment staff a lesson in manners and teach them how to run a shift properly and please teach everyone how to make biscuits again someone had forgotten how these things are done
A friend and I got two Whopper Hamburger Sandwiches, Two fries and Two drinks for Ten Bucks. Somebody's gonna get fired.
