“Love the gray tn location the south roan location is nasty and they seem to never have extra crispy chicken available. Also we usually get a 2pc leg and thigh combo and the chicken is usually to done and no meat on the leg. Last time you could see the end thin part of the chicken leg bone and it was cooked to long and had a shriveled look too it. When we address this to the employee we got an attitude back. So we don't eat at the roan location at all.“

“I went to this restaurant today after realizing I had low blood sugar and nothing to try and get it up in the car with me. I was panicking a little, very clammy, nauseous and light headed which made me a little flustered. The lady taking my order was very patient with me, when I said my blood sugar was low she had someone bring me a drink and cookie right away and got my meal to me quickly with a little note as well. It was really sweet how caring the staff was. I’m extremely grateful for how they treated me.“

“I go to chick fil a probably 2 times a week and they are always packed but I never feel like it takes long so I know the staff are really trying! The food is always good the people are always nice hardly ever anything wrong! They're great“

“I ordered here for the 1st time. Drive Thru experience was good and fast. Food wise fries were the steal of the show, amazing crunch, and seasoning. I give them a 9.2
Chicken was crispy and flavorful. Only gripe, they were kind of small to my liking. But I give them an 8.6
Bread was nice and toasty a solid 8.4
Sauces I got their signature spicy. Solid 8.8
Also got there sweet heat that sauce was amazing. I give it a 9.4
Overall experience was a solid 8.9. I will definitely come back and try other menu items. I definitely recommend this place. The only other fast food chicken joint this good is Chic Fil A.“

“Very good chicken, but the inside is never clean. Today again, all the tables are greasy with food under the tables. It doesn’t take much to make the dining room presentable. Please clean up !!!“

“The Ghost Pepper Sandwich is so freaking good. I love hot stuff and McDonald's spicy sandwiches suck and aren't hot at all. This sandwich from here had some good kick to it. Honestly this place is pretty good. They can take a bit but the food is always hot and fresh so it's justified. I've never had a problem with any employees here. All the employees seem to be middle aged women, which makes the service better because they seem to be more capable at doing their job than younger people. They are nice. Would recommend.“
