Highly recommend JP‘s kitchen on wheels, but they are not always open the hours they have posted. Tried to go yesterday 30 minutes before their posting closing and they were already gone. 🤷

We went on a Saturday before the advertised closing time of 8pm to find them already closed up by 7:40 there was another vehicle in front of us that was also going to pull in and get food. JP's closed early and missed out on several orders from my vehicle and several people in the truck too. They must not want to make money since they are closing earlier than their advertised time. If you want to close at 7:30 then that is when you should advertise your hours. The fact that we drove out of our way to come here and eat really ticks me off too. Not everyone has facebook and wants to check it every single time we want to eat, consider this a customer lost, better seafood can be had at riverfront in kingsport!
