First time I have been to an Applebees in a very long time. (new to Greeneville - my 1st visit here). Rainy, Friday nite around 6pm. The place was packed. I wanted a seat at the bar. I managed to squeeze thru people in the lobby and found the bar had a lot of empty seats. They were very busy and our server was struggling. Asked twice for the remaining portion of my food to be served and it never was. Food was delicious as always, but would like to receive all parts of the meal ordered and paid forVegetarian options: Many options available for our pescatarian kiddoKid-friendliness: Coloring menus were a hit and kept our little ones occupied

It has been a while since we have eaten here. The quality of the food, and presentation of the dish was not as good as I remember. Our spinach artichoke dip was hard to dip into due to the dish size. And although it was hot and melted all the way through, it was lacking the toasted flavor it used to have. The chips were flimsy and broke every time we tried to dip.
