Aunt Bea's Home Cooking Reviews
I do recommend this place, everyone has a bad dad and yesterday was one for us. We had a new waitress, very friendly. One order was chicken liver dinner, all good. My granddaughter meal, not great, she ordered bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, cheese w/side of tator tots. It came on a biscuit that was broken, just bacon and hard egg. Aunt Bea's Home Cooking is a restaurant that offers organic food, with a cozy atmosphere that makes diners feel like they are in a movie. The parking lot is spacious, and local people often come to have breakfast there. Prices are acceptable, and the service is friendly and professional. Recently, the restaurant has seen an increase in customers, which is a positive sign for business. Some reviews mentioned tasty food, including chicken and dumplings with corn bread, fried apples, and cabbage. However, there have still been some inconsistencies in food quality, with past mentions of issues like temperature, missing condiments, and tasteless sausage. The tea and coffee cups were reported to smell like a dishwasher. The wait staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the Philly Cheesesteak omelet was noted as a great choice. Due to the current egg supply shortage, there is a 50-cent upcharge per egg. Wheelchair accessibility is good. Overall, Aunt Bea's shows potential and may be worth a second chance.
