Beautiful decor, super service. Long day of driving and just decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. Pork shoulder fell off the bone! Smoked cheese grits with carrots and spinach all just perfect! Started with a "side?" Salad that was a meal in itself! Wonderful meal!

Food was marginal. The menu looked great but... it was not available because it was a show night! It was not busy and it would not have taxed the kitchen to serve the full menu.. Verify that the full menu was available. That said, the short menu grub was not worth the money and it was plenty. It should have been but the prep was lacking.. The dining room has not one but four TVs!! It was a sports bar without the bar. The wait person was a sort of snippy tart who ran the script but not much more.. All in all, memorable for all the wrong reasons. Don't bother..

We stayed the night at the hotel just for the experience. It's a nice establishment, but I was not impressed with the food. The quality just isn't there. You are better off eating at Aubrey's, Applebees, or Southern Craft.

Service was top notch as usual! Our two Prime Ribs were to die for! We ordered the Small which almost filled the whole plate and provided us with 4 or five meals. Ordered medium n medium rare and they were perfect. Leftovers used with Nachos, Burritos, etc.(we're both from New Mexico). Sides of fried cauliflower and grilled asparagus were succulent. This was our 50th wedding anniversary and plan to return for our 100th! Lol. We loved Christmas buffet and are already reserved for Easter buffet. Our friends had lamb that was also superb! Promise pics next time

The food was really good, our waitress was not. Our party was seated and we sat for 20 minutes not being acknowledged while the tables around us were waited upon/bussed. After 20 minutes, I approached the hostess station to request a server but a waiter was asked if I needed help and located our waitress. Our waitress arrived a few minutes later and took our food/drink orders. Our food arrived quickly and was very good but we still hadn’t received our drinks. They were delivered after another 10 minutes and were noticeably watered down due to the ice melting from sitting at the bar. My wife had ordered a glass of wine to go with her main course which remained absent throughout her meal. I excused myself and went to the bar to retrieve the wine myself because our waitress was busy chatting outside the kitchen before delivering the glass of wine. She claimed the glass had just been poured but it was sitting at the bar with a few other glasses sitting on a tray. Ultimately, the food was great but our waitress was extremely lacking and ruined a $180 meal.

Went for the valentine dinner on the 10th. 2 1/2 hrs into dinner service they ran out of scallops but didn't say anything about it ppl that ordered em got shrimp instead. How do u run out of an item that you have on your normal menu. Poor planning and food ordering. It took forever just to get 2 of the signature cocktails and when they finally came they were more alcohol than anything else get a good buzz off of 1 drink. Needless to say the ball got dropped bad we weren't the only ppl in our room that had several issuesParking: Not enuf parking when they have special things like this going on
They tried to pass off rice as risotto. Beware, they are scam artists and thieves. You 100% DO NOT get what you pay for. Service was lack-luster and ambience was the best part of my experience.

In-laws took me for my birthday, I had the rack of lamb ………. Man it was good!!!! Our server was new but he was on it! worth the extra$ to get some of the best food in Greeneville !
