Whether or not one is staying at the General Morgan hotel, this coffee house is open to the public. The regular brewed coffee is excellent. The breakfast sandwiches are quite good. There are three seating areas in the cafe, two quite small and one larger. The cafe is very popular with locals and also those staying at the hotel. We were glad that our hotel stay included vouchers for the cafe each morning. We really appreciated the atmosphere and design of the place.
Okay, I just placed Coffee into a food group, but for any coffee drinkers I’m sure that’s fine. I’ve only been into Catalyst a couple times but it’s a great place, very charming. We got iced coffees from work a couple days ago and I wasn’t sure what they would have that was sugar free. Ended up being Irish Cream. I ordered a small because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it or not but from the first sip I regretted that I didn’t ask if it came in a half gallon. ? Very...read full review

Very warm and relaxing atmosphere. We had coffee, cinnamon bun, and a apple turnover. The coffee was very good and smooth, the cinnamon bun, we asked them to warm it and add icing. Let me tell you that icing is out of this world. The apple turnover was good as well.
