Every time i go to this location more time than not they are out of what i ordered or they are out of cream and refuse to substitute my drink with something else. Most of the staff atr hateful and rude. Im always polite and friendly and feel stepped on almost every time i leave there. I’m told to request a refund by contacting customer support….there was one girl one time that was very friendly. But overall a terrible experience and I’ll just keep spending my money at starbucks...read full review
