We love this place! It's a great place for real sushi at a decent price. Other food like their tofu and edamame are excellent as well. My husband is pretty much vegan and I often eat vegetarian so this is our go-to place for special occasions, and when I just don't want to cook and am hungry for sushi. Best sushi this side of Osaka! And yes, we lived there.
Food was ok. Rice wasn't cooked very well, which is a surprise to me considering they are an Asian restaurant. The rice on the sushi was hard and fell apart. The California roll tasted the quality of store-bought sushi, like the ones they are making in Ingles and Publix. The rice for the hibachi was also not cooked thoroughly. Hard pieces throughout. The food was odd and fair at best! Service, okay. Very loud TV made for a not so nice experience! We eat this type of food all the time and across the country, so we definitely know what it is supposed to be like.
