Very disorganized again didn't post anything after first incident but this is third time I've been there to pick up order for delivery and of those 3 only one of the orders was ready in which they all 3 had been reported as ready but for some reason for put out on the buffet??? So had to wait in the whole register/ entrance MADHOUSE all 3 times it was just very congested and little overwhelming to some point.

The pizza was ok, there wasn't enough variety. The waitress got our drink wrong and didn't correct it. The atmosphere was primarily children. So I guess it's the perfect place to take the cheerleaders and basketball team.

10/18/2024. as usual the spaghetti is wonderful but if you're going to go there go early.. don't go any later than an hour before closing because it seems they want to rush to get out of there and won't put any new food up or any dessert other than chocolate chip pizza. Which they are required to do. I like the blueberry myself, if you want to get that you have to go a little earlier. Usually they ask you what pizza you want but if you go there an hour before closing they will not. That's the only thing I found aggravating about this time we went we got there just around 8:00 maybe a few minutes before. they close at 9:00. So it wasn't like we showed up 10 minutes before close or anything.. at least an hour or hour and 10 minutes before closing we showed up.🤷
Parking: Sometimes when it's crowded it's a little more difficult But there's parking down the side of the building
Kid-friendliness: They have lots of birthday parties there for kids. Kid friendly place
Wheelchair accessibility: Yep has a wheelchair ramp
Best bang for your buck. We usually get it to go. $1 per pizza slice. ¢50 a slice for pizzert & cheese sticks. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Best tasting pizza and pizzert anywhere for the money.

All you can eat made for you buffet style pizza joint, salad, spaghetti, soup & dessert pizza bar! Keep in mind these are VERY kid friendly places so there's ALWAYS kids running around, being loud, attempting to get their own food, etc, etc. The staff is always nice, plenty of pizza combos to choose from, great place for parties, large families or company get togethers. Highly recommended!
Don't come at lunch. The bar is empty of pizza and the waitress is either shockingly ignorant or just rude. There's so many better places in town.

I have never been so disappointed and upset with a visit anywhere as I was here on this particular day (09/17/2024). I had called in an order for a medium pep and a small pineapple dessert pizza. So I pick up my order and get home and both were still doughy. Definitely undercooked. So I call back and speak with the manager that was on duty which she was very friendly and helpful and offered to remake them and make them a large instead of a medium and small. So I go back to pick them up and even take the bad ones in and let me throw this in first so there is no confusion, the night before I had called about 7:30 to place an order for a small pineapple dessert pizza, because normally they are absolutely amazing, and was put on hold which is no problem but I waited on hold for like 10 min so I decided to call back because they close at 8. The lady answers and I proceed to tell her I would like to order a small pineapple dessert pizza and she says well we close in 15 min. And I said I understand but I was on hold for 10 min waiting to give my order and she said well if you can make it here within 10-15 min before we close I will go ahead and take your order so I said yes I definitely can because I live close by. So back to the original story. I got back to the store and walk in and this same lady walks up and says can I help you and I tell her the issue and that I had already spoken to the manager and she was remaking the pizzas. She takes the pizzas and walks to the end of the salad bar and sits them down to check them. Ok not a problem at all because they were as I said still doughy but in the mean time she is standing there with the manager and I see and hear her whispering something to the manager so I politely asked if there was an issue and she says " didn't you call in and complain about something last night?" By this point I was upset but not furious. I tell her no I didn't have a complaint I had just called to place an order and was placed on hold and that you wasn't going to take my order because it was almost time to close but ended up taking my order because I was close by. I said I didn't complain about anything and I said that wasn't very nice. Really rude in my opinion. And then she keeps giving me these negative looks. Well the food gets done and she brings it to the counter along with the manager and another coworker was standing there and she said go ahead and check it. So I do and I had paid .75 for extra icing on the dessert pizza which there was just the regular amount so I said I had paid for extra icing would it be ok for me to get a little more and show my receipt and she looks at the manager and says well you put extra icing on it didn't you and they just look at each other like I was a problem and just being really rude. By the time I got back home I was so upset that I couldn't even eat. I was literally in tears because they were so rude all because I didn't want to eat doughy pizza and made me feel so bad. So I stick it in the fridge then when I finally do decide to try to eat a little bit later I heat a small piece up and it is the same way and I tried half a piece of the dessert pizza and started feeling sick to my stomach so I just stopped. So needless to say I would love to get in touch with the owner or store manager because this was the rudest and worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.
