Didn't feel like cooking so opted to hit up one of the places not previously visited. Picked Red Eye because of it being LGBTQ+ friendly, which matters a bunch considering the city's conservative leanings. Staff was friendly, the wait time for food/price were reasonable, and the sandwich and fries were delicious. Will definitely be back again when possible.
We totally stumble upon this hidden gem. Small hole in the wall bar filled with the friendliest people we've talked to in a long time. The beer was cold and inexpensive, bathrooms were clean and the bartender was super friendly. Loved it and next time we're back in Greeneville we will totally visit again.
