Ordered a $50 Pizza that was completely screwed up. Was told sorry and basically there was nothing they could do about it. Hoping to get my money back in 3 to 5 days unfortunately, and now I have to re-order a pizza from someplace that we feel might actually be competent enough to take directions.

Called the local number and it was answered by someone who was maybe in India and didn’t speak clear English. Walked in to pick up the order and all 4 employees in the store were staring at their phones. Paid $20 for a med works pizza, that wasn’t hot. I don’t plan to order from here again. Call Portabello’s and support a mom and pop place with hard working people

There was no food to rate. It was a horrible experience. Placed order online. Large high school graduation party for stepson, family and friends. An hour 15 min before scheduled delivery i had no notification but they had charged my bank account. Called the store and Christian, store manager??, told me he had no order but would make the pizza. The catch, I would have to pay for it again. I called customer service to file a complaint. Was funny how the agent told me they actually had my order at the store and the agent filed the complaint. I ended up having to drive to Domino's(where I will order from now on), and they helped save the party. I was told I was unprofessional and Brandon goes on to claim, it's not his fault. Seemed to think he was not the company representative. Be cautious with this store. I've had issues before and over looked small mistakes. Trying to double the cost is a bit much. I will never order from them again and will not do any business with any Papa John's in the future. I will be pursuing other remedies if my full charge for pizza is not immediately.

Placed an order at 9.47pm on a Sat. Spent $27 on food and the order never turned up. I tried to call the store on Harrison but couldn’t get through to speak to anyone as when you call you get out thru you a foreign call center which is a waste of time. Basically I’ve been robbed of my money. Unfortunately we had guests and had been drinking so couldn’t go to the store to speak to anyone.

The reviews don’t lie. I haven’t experienced a 3.5 rating lately. If I could give it a 0.0 score that, would be quite deserving. The service is negative, below zero. The tone they speak in is negative 30. Need I say more. With the prices of things nowadays people should be mindful and watch the tone that they speak to customers and give exceptional customer service. At this rate, that 3.5 is going to get lower and lower. You want good service and better pizza, spend your money where your service is valued and appreciated.

Order is usually wrong, or taste like crap if it is correct. Takes forever to get your order, even if you live less than 2 miles way. App sucks. It is never correct. Order food elsewhere.

Every single time I order extra sauces I never get them. I know it's a couple of dollars but I've probably paid for $20 worth of sauces and I never get them. When I try to call no one ever answers it's all automated other than that the food is always good

Called to place an order. Talked to some guy in India at their call center. Heavy accent hard to understand. I've always liked Papa John's Pizza. But, I will not support stores which cannot use Americans for phone orders.

Honestly, i'm usually pretty happy with this place. However, apparently you're not allowed to place an order with at least an hour before closing. Because they'll just pretend they never got it. And just leave you high and dry. thanks for absolutely nothing!
