The bathrooms. Very dirty. Trash. On the tables and floor.

I will start off by saying 4 young boys (employees) eating while making sandwiches with no hair nets. They didn't start eating until our sandwiches was made but ate while making other customers food. My family asked for Italian herb and cheese bread but our bread was extremely HOT. The young boy that made them acted like it wasn't a big deal. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!

Nasty, it used to be clean . But lately whenever I go they playing in their hair you have to tell them to wash their hands. The veggies looks bad . That little white part of the counter was filthy with old food all in the cracks. It's sad. I will never go back. These young kids need supervision. They dancing in the back it's sad just sad. One good thing is the young man was very respectful and courteous.
This Subway is the worst I have been I. The last two times I have tried to eat here there has been a huge line and only one person working and this time I tried to eat here I was asked to leave along with Seven other people so the young lady working behind the counter could go home. I will never step foot back in this Subway again!
When you walk in, the first thing you’ll notice is the air conditioner can’t keep up with the heat of the ovens. I feel terrible for the people who work here, because it’s easily 90° in here at all times.
This was the 4th time we’ve ordered on the app. And for the 4th time in a row, our order was wrong. Anything I asked for “extra” was literally missing from the sandwich. Extra vinegar? Nah, how ‘bout no vinegar. Extra garlic aoli? Nope, not today. No garlic aoli.
The drink machine was down. Further insult to injury. And it’s unfortunate because I don’t tip in the app. I order our drinks when we arrive to pick up our sandwiches and then I add the tip for everything.
The staff was friendly, but our food was wrong. The atmosphere was awful because the building is too hot. No drinks. 2/10 recommend.

Let me start off with saying the food was good and the young lady that waited on us was very friendly and made our sandwiches just as we requested. However, the problem was with one “‘New Employee” that was a young teenage boy with long black hair with no hairnet on or no ponytail holder on his hair was very long and you could barely even see his face due to all his hair hanging around it. Matter fact it was even hard to determine if it was a male or female due to all his hair. Needless to say there was a long hair of his laying on the prep station and when he asked if he could help us my husband told him that we were going to wait on the sweet young lady to get our order because we didn’t want hair all in our food. Someone needs to explain to this young man that when working in a restaurant that you need to put your hair up or wear a hairnet because nobody wants to eat hair or at least I know we don’t.

Once again continue to be disappointed in this location. Previously witnessed an employee cussing out a customer. When I emailed the location about the experience the manger responded apologizing and offering a gift card and to reimburse our purchase which we never recieved. Today we've ordered and have been waiting almost 20 minutes past when it said it would be ready. This is a poorly ran location where management does not care about their customers experience.

The two guys working the line was extremely slow. By the time i got my toasted sandwhich, it was cold. One guy had so much dandruff in his hair and on his shirt.

It took an HOUR to get two sandwiches. The girl working tonight at 6:38 pm (March 7, 2024) was rude to customers (see picture accompanying review), lazy and had a horrendous attitude. She kept a DoorDash person waiting ALMOST AN HOUR while she took orders of people who walked in AFTER the DoorDash person came to pick up an order. What happened to the management of this Subway???? Look at the other reviews that have been written within the last 72 hours of this review—all of them have the same theme. Terrible customer service. Why would the owner of this Subway want someone like the young woman working tonight (pictured) helping customers? I hope everyone who has dealt with her writes corporate about her behavior as it was totally unprofessional.

Girl working was rude, lazy and threatened to quit right in front of all the customers. Only done online orders mean while the boy that was there it was his first night working. She left a long line of people up to him. While rolling her eyes and complaining then refused to make my food. Her pic is in the comments.
