We love Mudlark! They are open on the weekends and later in the evening. Everyone is always so nice and the coffee is always perfect!

Based on the reviews, Mudlark Café is an absolutely gorgeous place and Hartsville's hidden treasure. The coffee and in-store baked pastries are amazing, with so many flavors and variety. The food is excellent, with super tasty sandwiches that can be made hot like a panini, and a very yummy pulled pork with Korean BBQ. The teas are very flavorful and unique, with much more variety than Starbucks. The drinks are even better, and the energy drink options provide a great boost without a sugar crash. The seasonal menu is a fun surprise. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, a good place to relax or get some work done, like a visit with an old friend. The staff is super friendly and always down for a chat, and the owner is pleasant and friendly too. There is a wonderful patio outside on the river. Mudlark also hosts live music nights, which are a good time. It is a great place for private parties, and the bathrooms are always stocked and clean.
