No issues with service. My issue is with the sliders. $2 for a roast beef slider barely bigger than a Totinos pizza roll. I can buy two White Castle sliders for the same price. Not only is the size laughable but the amount of beef is ludicrous. Take a look at my slider compared to what Arby's advertises. NOT EVEN CLOSE!

This is the worst arbys I’ve ever been to. I tried to mobile order here and they said they cancelled my order because they ran out of roast beef. They in fact did not refund it and I never received food either. I had to call my bank and get it disputed. Don’t do mobile order here!! I even reached out to corporate and they haven’t done anything about it either.

One of the most poorly run restaurants in Hendersonville. This place is consistently understaffed, with apparently a policy that only two people at a time can be on the clock because as a third person came in at the middle of lunch rush one of the two people that were here immediately clocked out. This causes the service to be slow and the food to be served not entirely fresh.I do want to shout out Alissa, despite these conditions you can tell she cares a lot about busting her tail to make the service the best it can be. If you don’t give her more help on shift, give her about $5/hr more because she is single-handedly keeping this place afloat.

I want to apologise to your manager and her staff tonight for coming in during a snow storm. My family sent me to get food since I have the 4wheel drive and snow tires on my car. She was the kindest person and so was her staff. I hope they all get home safely as I know snow isn't a common thing here. Thanks again for all you do!!! Also give those people a raise please!!!
Didn't receive everything we paid for. Missing turnover. Called and spoke to the manager. Very rude. Never going back. Will drive to another location.

I sat in the drive through for ten minutes with only the car ahead of me at the speaker. Got up to the speaker and was told to wait a moment before I sat for another 3-4. Ended up leaving. Either they need a drive through attendant who can multitask better or more people. Either way it was not a great experience.

October the 24th at 10:30 AM. Their lobby was closed, and I was on an electric bicycle. They refused my service because I was on a bicycle, but they did serve the vehicle behind me. But Taco Bell two doors down had no problem. The funny thing about it was that I had him on the phone.
The food wad cold and very nasty, and no one came to take our order at the counter so we will not be coming back either. My chicken wasn't fully cooked either.

Just ordered 3 Jalapeño Beef Sliders. These couldn't have been nastier which equals inedible. The meat was chopped and minced to death and tasted like unflavored beef mush baby food. I have never had a Arby's slider where the roast beef was chopped and minced. Even the buns were mushy. Yuk! ???. Thats 3 Yuks for the 3 sliders.I called and spoke to Kanethea the manager who said bring my receipt back and she would replace it. I asked her did they change the way they make them as the ones I have had in the past were made with slices of roast beef folded to fit on the small slider bun. She said that's how they have always been made. I don't think so. After arriving home and looking in my car, I realize I wasn't given a receipt. How convenient!Just F.Y.I. Wouldn't want a replacement of this, just my money back!I will say the crinkle fries were good!
