I love it

I'm not basing this review off a one time trip. I've been here at this Baskin robins several times and every time that I've came up here everybody has greeted me with a friendly manner smiling and not rude or in a mocking way genuinely nice and pleasant even offering to be patient with taking my children ordering and offering them samples

We love this store!! My father brought me here when I was a little girl and now I take my son!!! The people that work there are absolutely amazing!! They really do go above and beyond to help make their customers day!! And more then once they have made our day! I may sound bias but the Hendersonville location is hands down the best location of Baskin Robbin’s and they all deserve a raise!!

Got here at 9:55 and they had the door locked but open sign on. I was just going to get a pint too. I know yall want to go home but I drove over here and just made it before yall closed but you locked the door early.. . This was tonight

Excellent service! Soy free products available like the vanilla chocolate & strawberry flavors. Great cakes and sometimes they have cake coupons on the box in the freezer!

Theresa, the owner went out of her way to make my birthday super special. For my 48 birthday my husband asked what cake I wanted as my special request and I said a clown cone from Baskin Robbin’s this was my absolute favorite when I was kid growing up going weekly with my grandparents to Baskin Robbin’s in Madison Square. Theresa, knocked it out of the park and made the most adorable clown cone ever! You surely made me smile and brought back so many precious memories! Thank you again Theresa!????

Wanted to take a few seconds to thank the staff and the manager at BR. Last night, before the tornado hit, my mom stopped by to get my kids ice cream through the drive through.. Upon paying, the tornado got close and they told my mom and kids to hurry inside to get to safe shelter. Mom is very thankful for everyone who worked last night, their attention to their customers safety was top notch. Thank you BR for hiring caring staff. The manager did great keeping her staff calm and helping customer stay calm and safe!! Forever thankful, your care for my family is priceless.

Last night was so scary. We stopped by for a treat when we realized a tornado was coming our way. The staff immediately provided us a safe place to shelter ourselves while it passed. We are so thankful the manager and staff cared enough to protect us as well. We would have never made it home. Thank you for taking care of us. Now, to find a day to go back to actually enjoy some ice cream!

Pitiful service at drive thru window. Employees see you sitting there and don't even acknowledge you. Pitiful!

Portion sizes for ice cream sundae scoops have decreased a lot over the last few weeks but yet the price is still the same. I go here every week. The customer service is usually amazing. But I don’t like paying the same price for smaller portions. :/ A new ice cream joint just opened in town recently and it’s about the same price but bigger portions.

Most times when you go somewhere, it’s the little things that matter most!!!Today, when our family of 5 arrived - we were greeted with a smile, offered samples of whatever we wanted without asking, and taken care of with the most patience and grace!As a mom of a very independent 3 year old - I really appreciated the “large size” bowl given for a kiddie size ice cream (without having to request it) and the cone given on the side with a smile!Anthony needs a raise! This beautiful soul made our family’s day … friendly conversation, patience of a saint, and thoughtfulness that prevented meltdowns across the board! THANK YOU for being the smile that brightened our day today, Anthony! May you get many smiles in return!!! ?

Kind employees but lobby closes at 9:30pm currently so be aware!

Poor service. Bunch of kids who decided to lie aboit the posted hours and rush us out of the store.Posted hours stated 10pm closing time. We show up at 9:37 pm and were met with a young lady mopping the floor saying our lobby closes in 3 minutes. I said - that's not what your door says. She said there used to be a sign. Nope. There has never been a sign.We were rushed through our order and the ticket was quickly rang up. As we left to enjoy our ice cream outside - the young man, who looked to be the shift leader, yelled from the bag - "Lock the Door".A night out celebrating an accomplishment of one of my kids was slighted by a bunch of kids who don't wanna offer customer service.Next time we will decide somewhere else for ice cream and let this place close whenever they want. That is what is important - right?!?!?

Great service and yummy icecream. Has a non dairy options.
