Appreciation for Outstanding Employee Assistance – Kensley

I wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee at your Hendersonville store who went above and beyond to help me recently.
One evening earlier last month, I stopped by to pick up a cake for my fiancée as a surprise, we were getting married in just a week, so I was already under a lot of stress. When I came back out to my car, I realized my battery had died. I felt completely stuck and overwhelmed, but one of your employees, a young woman named Kensley (I believe that’s her name,she wore glasses), didn’t hesitate to help.
She went out of her way to help me jump-start my car and was so positive and kind throughout the whole situation. Her calm attitude and genuine kindness turned what could have been a very stressful moment into a reminder that there are truly good people out there.
I just wanted to make sure her effort doesn’t go unnoticed. Employees like her really make a difference and leave a lasting impression on customers. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to her for her compassion and willingness to help.

This is how a Baskin Robbins should be done. Friendly from the moment you walk through the door. Always stocked and ready to serve. The only place I get custom cakes. The care and attention to detail is second to none.

😡 Been a while since I've been by. Got double Rocky Road on a waffle cone - ice cream had no taste and was runny, and the waffle cone has no flavor. I miss the rich flavors! Plus, they have raised prices! Very disappointed.

I love my Cappy blast for a mid day boost. The new store design is fresh and the staff is welcoming. We've also ordered many delicious ice cream cakes from this location. We Love the Baskin Robbins in Hendersonville, TN.

Went to the newly remodeled Baskin Robbins for a Father’s Day Ice Cream Treat and had a wonderful experience! The store is beautiful! Our kids have ALWAYS loved coming here and are always met with smiles and excitement from the staff members for all of their ice cream choices and toppings! Baskin Robbins flavors are rich and delicious and hands down the best homemade waffle cones!

I'm not basing this review off a one time trip. I've been here at this Baskin robins several times and every time that I've came up here everybody has greeted me with a friendly manner smiling and not rude or in a mocking way genuinely nice and pleasant even offering to be patient with taking my children ordering and offering them samples

We love this store!! My father brought me here when I was a little girl and now I take my son!!! The people that work there are absolutely amazing!! They really do go above and beyond to help make their customers day!! And more then once they have made our day! I may sound bias but the Hendersonville location is hands down the best location of Baskin Robbin’s and they all deserve a raise!!

Got here at 9:55 and they had the door locked but open sign on. I was just going to get a pint too. I know yall want to go home but I drove over here and just made it before yall closed but you locked the door early.. . This was tonight

Excellent service! Soy free products available like the vanilla chocolate & strawberry flavors. Great cakes and sometimes they have cake coupons on the box in the freezer!

Theresa, the owner went out of her way to make my birthday super special. For my 48 birthday my husband asked what cake I wanted as my special request and I said a clown cone from Baskin Robbin’s this was my absolute favorite when I was kid growing up going weekly with my grandparents to Baskin Robbin’s in Madison Square. Theresa, knocked it out of the park and made the most adorable clown cone ever! You surely made me smile and brought back so many precious memories! Thank you again Theresa!????

Wanted to take a few seconds to thank the staff and the manager at BR. Last night, before the tornado hit, my mom stopped by to get my kids ice cream through the drive through.. Upon paying, the tornado got close and they told my mom and kids to hurry inside to get to safe shelter. Mom is very thankful for everyone who worked last night, their attention to their customers safety was top notch. Thank you BR for hiring caring staff. The manager did great keeping her staff calm and helping customer stay calm and safe!! Forever thankful, your care for my family is priceless.

Last night was so scary. We stopped by for a treat when we realized a tornado was coming our way. The staff immediately provided us a safe place to shelter ourselves while it passed. We are so thankful the manager and staff cared enough to protect us as well. We would have never made it home. Thank you for taking care of us. Now, to find a day to go back to actually enjoy some ice cream!
