The Bojangles in Hendersonville is horrible. Our chicken had been sitting there awhile. It was not even warm. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was dried onto the potatoes. This Bojangles just can't get it together. So sad.A. L.

Friendly and quick service. I love their sides, seasoned fries, Cajun rice, and Pinto beans. Yum! I wish more places seasoned their fries like they do.
Not the usual experience this evening (6pm). Staff was very friendly and kept up informed on what was going on and why we had a “longer than usual wait” (+30 min). We must’ve ordered during a frier oil change and had to wait for everything to warm back up before they could make our order. Staff kept us informed a few times, apologized and finally brought us our order. Food was correct, hot and tasty. Usually quick too.

Just pulled up here at 5: 59 on a Tuesday night and no one answered at the drive through. Drove back around once more and noticed vehicls in the parking lot. Power and lights on with no signs posted. Work in progress I guess.

I'm going to say this, we came in this morning as a family and left concerned for the staff working under the mgt with the Florida logo on his shirt. For one the way he spoke to the minors up front is illegal and most definitely UNCALLED for! The way he spoke to his whole staff made a very toxic and hostile environment for EVERY employee. As guests, in your dinning room, we were very please with the service we was receiving from the two young workers up front and it seemed like we wasn't the only group of ppl that noticed his anger towards his crew, very disturbing. The way he belittled his employees while they ALL were trying to please his temper, was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I hope as a company you have a conversation with this manager and make sure there was guest that noticed who was the problem and it was him.

Never had Bojangles before today. Ordered a 20 pc family meal and extra sides to feed my employees. Good chicken and friendly service. Be sure you're given butter and jelly for your biscuits. I started opening boxes to check but they assured me it was in there. Mine was missing so I had to return. Thankfully my office is close by. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but all else was great.
The bone in chicken was just ok, the sides were decent as were the biscuits.

Went at 12:30 PM on Friday, November 3 to get a biscuit and gravy which is the thing I normally get from here and I ordered it with extra gravy and as I pulled away I checked my bag and the gravy looked like water, so I took it back and the excuse they gave me was that it hasn’t had time to thicken up yet which I know that’s not correct because I used to work here and if you make it right, it gets thick and by the time you’re ready to put it in the pan very disappointing

Amazing location. Excellent service. The manager of thisstore is on top of everything. He has a great staff and in my opinion is the best Bojangles in the Nashville area. Amidst labor shortages and difficulty getting good employees, this location still gets it right for me every time I order her. Keep it up guys. Excellent service to our community.Dietary restrictions: I order a plain grilled chicken filet to meet my diet requirements and they get this for me right each time…over many visits to this location.

Definitely give this place a miss. 30+ minutes to get a biscuit is unacceptable.Employees try to get you to pull forward so their drive-through timer falsely shows that they’re getting orders out in a reasonable time. Instead of playing the game, play a new game called “waiting in the drive-through until you get your food…” It’s really fun. Haha
