Restaurant was dirty, tables have seen better days. The service here is the slowest I’ve ever seen.My food somehow managed to become charred on a flat grill to the point I could not even eat it due to the overpowered taste of char.Food quality is super cheap and the prices are high.

Yuck! This restaurant was in terrible shape. Ripped seats. Dirty dishes. Bad service. I'd never go back

Bonefire is fantastic!! You cannot go wrong literally at all. You pick your Rice, your size bowl, you stuff. Whatever you want, they cook it perfect. They bring it out to you and my goodness. The portions on a regular is more than you think❤️❤️ It is a fantastic place. I highly recommend it.

I’m giving bonfire 5 stars for the food and atmosphere but the service is a hit or miss,I eat a the bonfire here in Hendersonville and the one in Clarksville as well, the Clarksville location is the same way the food is good and the atmosphere is good but service wise is a hit or miss(what I notice was lack of help 1 waiter and 1 host is not enough)

Horrible service, took us 10 minutes to be brought to a table. Took 20 minutes for us to receive our food. They forgot about our drinks. We reminded them and after 10 minutes we finally received them only for them to give us all water. We ordered two teas, a lemonade, and a water. After correcting them for the third time, we finally received the correct drinks 35 minutes into our meal. The waitress was not the least bit sorry. They also just didn't explain anything to us. When we were confused they just didn't say anything. My sisters showed visible confusion at the menu and were not helped by the waitress who stood there watching. Next, they brought our eggs which went with our meals 40 minutes into our meal. One of them did not have a visible yolk and the other egg was served by a waiter who whispered what it was. My dad was not sure what it was and the waiter did not respond, it did not take until the other waiter came to ask the waiter what they were saying and said it louder. Overall 4/10 experience, please train your employees better, Bonfire. Everything else was alright, but the service was unacceptable.Vegetarian options: There was vegetable fried rice but I can't confirm that it was vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed in. Pretty nice. The portions on the kids meals are astronomical though.

This place is like a crime scene, but instead of solving a mystery, you're just trying to figure out how it's still open. The interior desperately needs a deep clean, as if a tornado made of grime swept through. It's so chaotic; even my grandma's attic looks more inviting. Now, let's dive into the food drama. Picture this: noodles so mushy they make mashed potatoes jealous, with a supporting cast of ingredients that somehow decided to join forces in a blender rebellion. We forked over $50, expecting a culinary masterpiece, but what we got was a tragedy on a plate. It was so bad, I thought Gordon Ramsay might materialize just to yell at someone. To add insult to injury, the staff treated our complaint like a cosmic joke. No compensation, not even a sympathetic nod. We left with our pockets lighter and our stomachs staging a protest. We took a gamble, hoping this place had undergone a culinary glow-up since our last disappointing encounter a couple of years ago. Spoiler alert: it's stuck in a time loop of mediocrity. There won't be a third act for us; we've learned our lesson. Save yourself the heartache; choose any other spot. Your taste buds and wallet will high-five you for the wise decision.

Always really good food & a nice menu to pick from. Staff is quick to refill drinks, and helpful. Absolutely love going here.

Always go here but lately the new waiters have been rude, unresponsive. Standing around talking and avoiding customers.

!!Put veggies in your bowl first, then add the MEAT!! Staff won't tell you that but that's how you get all the veggies you want.

First time experience, the waitress was very patient and helpful in explaining the process for us. There was a huge assortment of options at the "build your own bowl" bar, and you get a ton of food for the money. The meal was cooked perfectly, and tasted delicious. Fantastic value, and one of the best kept secrets in the area!
