Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

Kiddos management team at Brody gotta say I was incredibly impressed that the management here is utilizing People with mental handicaps at this restaurant and helping them integrate with the community. It was very heartwarming and touching to see the food was good and very fast. I definitely will be coming back here again with my family before I see a movie.

Have come here quite a bit and every time the service, care and food have been excellent. Andre who works behind the bar is courteous and attentive. Even when they get busy they continue to be courteous and helpful. Please please please do not go the way of the other restaurants around this area, having good food and atmosphere is one thing but when you lose the service you’ll find everything else will decline. Keep up the good work !!

I’m from out of town visiting family. I love this so much, I visited twice in 2 days. The first day, I got my pizza to go. The 2nd day, I dined in.

Both days my pizza was delicious and delivered hot!!

The service amazing, staff is so hospitable and friendly. It seems the employees actually like working there. Employees smiling and engaging with customers as well as with one another.

This is perfect pizza delivery location.

It has become our new Friday night thing to go see Maria after hockey practice!
She goes above and beyond for all her customers. We have loved her since the first time she served us. We go back weekly just to see Maria! Brixx of Hendersonville is lucky to have her.

I enjoyed the food but it could be wayyyy better. We started off with their focaccia bread appetizer and that was sooo good. I think it needs a bit more garlic though. My boyfriend ordered the wings and he loved them. My main concern was the pizza and the cheesecake we ordered. First off, the pizza. We ordered a custom pizza with the basic crust, garlic Parmesan sauce, olives, pineapple, mushrooms, pepperoni, and sliced tomatoes. Now, don’t get me wrong, the pizza was delicious, but the quality was extremely disappointing. I honestly won’t be coming back here, unless the pizza was more worth it. Especially the price ($16) for the quality of the pizza and how small it was was disappointing. The pizza was soggy and you couldn’t even pick up the pizza without all the toppings falling off. The crust was basically nonexistent because of how thin it was and last of all, there was not enough toppings and cheese. Lastly, the cheesecake….we ordered the strawberry cheesecake and it had a funky flavor. The texture was too dense and it wasn’t fluffy like how it should be. Like I said, good food, but not coming back here because of the quality of the food.

We have always loved the pizza at Brixx but just recently found our new favorite server (of ALL restaurants) in Maria!
She is the absolute sweetest and takes the best care of us.
My biggest thing when going out to eat, is to be kind to my girls.
Many times, servers tend to ignore children at a table.
She is so engaging with them, to the point that they left after her serving us the first time, convinced that they were all best friends.
2 weeks later, and my girls were so excited to walk in and see that Maria was there! She remembered them from the last time and immediately came over, so excited to see them (even with it being 30 minutes before close!)
All that to say, Maria is a RARE find! We will ask for her every single time from now on:)

I've been ordering from here for almost 14 years. Never had a problem worth complaining about until tonight. Ordered a kids pepperoni through door dash and it was terrible. My Nephew tried to grab a slice and it wasn't even cut. Whole Pizza came out of the box and straight to the ground. If that wasn't bad enough, two pieces had no pepperoni at all. Now we have a hungry kid who just wanted Brixx because he loves their Pizza!

We came in at 9:20 PM for the advertised BOGO pizza special that runs from 9–10 PM. When we arrived, John and a female staff member were sitting at the bar and completely ignored us until the cook told John to assist us. Instead of helping, he went to the back and returned only to say the kitchen was closing early.

I asked if we could place a to-go order since we were already there well within the special’s timeframe, but he told us no. When I asked how they could close early during the advertised special, he gave a weak excuse and dismissed us just to return to sitting at the bar.

The entire experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. If you advertise a special, honor it. We won’t be back.

Out of all the places to eat on the streets of Indian lake, it will almost always be Brixxs! At home feel with attentive service. They always meet my diet requirements without attitude or ridiculous up-charges. A great place to grab a good lunch or have a pizza & drinks before a night out. I highly recommend👍
