Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

We came in at 9:20 PM for the advertised BOGO pizza special that runs from 9–10 PM. When we arrived, John and a female staff member were sitting at the bar and completely ignored us until the cook told John to assist us. Instead of helping, he went to the back and returned only to say the kitchen was closing early.

I asked if we could place a to-go order since we were already there well within the special’s timeframe, but he told us no. When I asked how they could close early during the advertised special, he gave a weak excuse and dismissed us just to return to sitting at the bar.

The entire experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. If you advertise a special, honor it. We won’t be back.

Out of all the places to eat on the streets of Indian lake, it will almost always be Brixxs! At home feel with attentive service. They always meet my diet requirements without attitude or ridiculous up-charges. A great place to grab a good lunch or have a pizza & drinks before a night out. I highly recommend👍

We went for dinner in between movies. The service was good. The pizza was very good. We had the 4x4. The meats had a great taste and the crust was exceptional. We had a Ceasar salad to with pizza. The salad was good, but it had been prepared sometime earlier in the day. The edges of the lettuce was starting to turn a little brown from it had been sitting. The plate was very cold, so thoughts were it had been prepared and sitting in a cooler waiting to ordered and served. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Every time we come to Hendersoville we eat here! Sadly our Birmingham location shut down. But this location is phenomenal. Pizza is always good and consistent! Great pricing on adult drinks! Wait staff is always quick and friendly!

Was busy while we were there and yet the food still arrived within 10 minutes from ordering. As usual, it was really good! Got the 4x4 and Pear and Arugula salad with salmon. Everything tasted great, as usual.

I like the idea of having chalk board and chalk by the table where customers can draw and write on it. Good way to keep kids busy and have fun!

Pizza was greasy! They use the tiny pepperonis and they were like little grease bowls.

My wife use to work here and I've been coming here since mid 2010s always been a very solid place to eat have raised the prices a little bit to much but food is very good
