This store has started making you wait at the payment window until your food is ready and then tells you to pull forward to the second window. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain with cheese and a plain bacon cheeseburger. I received a chicken sandwich with cheese, not plain and a plain cheeseburger no bacon. I went inside to get it fixed and received a plain chicken sandwich no cheese. I had to go back again to finally get them to put the cheese on the chicken.

EDIT: I now know this is because something was down preventing my food from being made. That being said, I had no indication that this occurred, otherwise I would have canceled. Order was $50, too much to not get what you paid for

Figured I'd give it another try because maybe they were having a bad day. Went to the drive-thru waited for 30 minutes and the order was wrong. Will never go back again. The owner really needs to step in and get this place straightened out.

I would Not recomend anyone to go here durings nights … If happened to us couple times we went to the drive thru around 10:50pm and waited for around 30 mins at the Intercom for someone to pick our order then another 20 mins to get one meal done … On feb 13 2025 we went to drive thru once again and for 25 mins nobody was responding at the intercom around same time and the restaurant closes at 12am midnight so we thought they closed , only to drive around and by the window we saw 2 servers in there just sitting down .. i guess the restaurant closes at 12 midnight but the servers close around 10:30pm or something and

I wish I could give this zero stars. I had 2 DoorDash orders to pick up from this location at 11pm. I go through the drive thru & there was radio silence. I pull up to the window & see a lady inside squatting at the food prep station. Nobody comes to the window. I call the store multiple times & no answer. I drive back around after seeing 2 other cars be completely ignored & driving off. I try talking through the intercom at the drive through & again, silence. I see the lady in there again this time standing zombified in the same spot. I go to the drive thru window & knocked multiple times & nothing. Wasted my time, lost money, & had to cancel the customers orders. Get it together BK. You need to hire new staff.

Absolutely the worst. 35 minutes after ordering, you ask for your money back and they are puzzled! Horrible, they should tear it down and start over.
Walked in with my daughter and grandson at this Burger King in Hendersonville TN; There were 3 people in the front by the cashiers having a conversation they all looked at us and no one offered to take our order. One of the ladies coughed and while coughing put her hand in front of her mouth and proceeded to go cook the food. After several minutes of watching their behavior we started to leave and the other lady sarcastically Saud Honey do you want to order anything: I looked at her as if she had two heads and responded "Absolutely not"!

We spent $32 on food for our grandkids, purchasing 2 Jr. Whopper $5 meal deals, an additional Whopper Jr., mozzarella sticks, and chicken fries. Unfortunately, the burgers were hard as hockey pucks and seemed as if they had been reheated from the previous day. To make matters worse, we didn’t receive the chicken nuggets that were supposed to be part of our $5 deals. Growing up, I loved their burgers and was really craving one. However, the experience was so disappointing that even my grandkids refused to eat. We ended up throwing away $32 worth of food. Sadly, I don't see myself returning to BK, despite having always loved them. Their motto doesn't seem to resonate with my experience, as I certainly didn't feel like I 'ruled.'
