No one in line at the drive thru and maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. I’m literally the only person in the drive thru. She took my money and after a couple minutes she asked if I could pull around front. I waited for my food for 30 minutes!!!!! What kind of management /owner of this place would allow this! You guys really need to step your game up. This isn’t the first time. I came here a couple months back and the wait time Was about 20 minutes then and that’s the reason why I haven’t came back in so long. I promise you just lost a good customer that loves Burger King.

I don’t understand how hard it is to put sauces in a bag. I used it work in the fast food industry in drive through and in lobby. It is not difficult to do at all. Just look at the screen and make sure. So that this right here doesn’t happen. It’s not difficult it takes maybe a minute out of your time. Just please work on making sure everything is in the bag. It’s only night when it happens.

Took FOREVER to get my order. The staff were slow and not very helpful. The person in front of me waited 20 mins for his order, they got it wrong, and when he asked them to remake it they got it wrong again.

Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 min without anything bejng said to me. I was behind a car that just ordered with no issues. I pulled to the window to be greeted by a woman with an attitude immediately in her voice when I asked if they were open. “I’m the only one here and I can only do so much. I had my headset off and had to handle the truck that’s here and I can only do so much.” Mind you the headset was on her head. I asked if I could order and she told me to loose my attitude.. I ordered my son’s food and left. Will not be returning while she is working.

Not fast food. Not busy but = 20 min to get your food in drive through. **more interested in charging me .30 for sauce than a good experience

Few weeks back I was the last customer in drive thru. I ordered $45 worth of food. Half of our order tasted like it had a cleaning chemical on it.

The next day I called and spoke to the manager. She said if nobody else complains about it. They consider it to be a stomach bug only my family had. And they are not responsible. I explained what does a stomach bug have to do with food tasting of cleaning products? And I would like a return. due to food not being eatable.

The manager said she would have to speak to corporate and give me a call back. It’s been days & weeks. No call back.

I suggest avoid this place like the plague! Run!

Service was slow as it appeared they were short on help.Employees remained extremely polite and respectful. Food was what you would expect for getting the heal of the tomato…they should have thrown it away instead of putting it on a sandwich.

Food was hot and tasty. Only complaint is that I waited about 15 min longer than quoted for my online order. My order was just a burger and fry...but I waited with a smile bc they were obviously short staffed and working extra hard. I totally felt bad for them. It seems that this location has always struggled with employee retention and has a high turnover.
