I placed a door dash order and spent entirely too much money for the food that came. It was cold and could not be eaten. The burgers were completely wrong and was like chewing rubber so it went to the trash, the onion rings under cooked, one drink was not correct idk how u get sprite from ordering coke, bread was hard… do yourself a favor and choose a different restaurant because clearly people here can’t read or strive to get people sick from their gross food!!!

I drove by at lunch time today and the sign on the Marquee said double cheeseburger combo meal $4.99. I come back at 7:00 p.m. it still says double cheeseburger combo meal $4.99. I'll walk in and the guy at the counter says that. Sorry it ended today. Well, we're still in today at 7:00 p.m.. I don't know. It seems like if it ended today it would end at like midnight., did it ended 2:00 this afternoon? Well anyway, that's what I came in for and that's what I was hungry for and since you didn't offer it to me I just left. And I probably would have eaten a second double cheeseburger so you missed out on about a $10 sale. I know that won't hurt you any today, but sure leaves a sour taste in my mouth the next time. I want to stop by because there's a whole lot of restaurants in Hendersonville Tennessee now

Burger King no longer cooks with the flame broiled flavor it does not taste the same please bring it back without that it's just another burger.

this bk is slowest I have every been too it took 25 to 30 minutes just get my food and the worker act like not sure what they doing to focus on drive through not inside and I will not be back and I had mine to go and food was not what it was half cold and so and coke machine need to be updated half the flavor was not available and I am very disappointed that food not what it use to be I not be back to this location

No one in line at the drive thru and maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. I’m literally the only person in the drive thru. She took my money and after a couple minutes she asked if I could pull around front. I waited for my food for 30 minutes!!!!! What kind of management /owner of this place would allow this! You guys really need to step your game up. This isn’t the first time. I came here a couple months back and the wait time Was about 20 minutes then and that’s the reason why I haven’t came back in so long. I promise you just lost a good customer that loves Burger King.
