Waited nearly 30 minutes for our food and when it came out our waffle was over cooked, and my order was wrong. I just dealt with it and tried to eat it because I didn’t want to wait even longer for the correct order. It wasn’t even hot. And please have your waitresses use gloves when fixing drinks that have garnishes on top. The waitress was sticking all the fixings for a bloody mary on a toothpick right after pulling her hands from out of her apron pockets.

What a great experience. Cool set up and amazing food. Stephanie took great care of us and the owners are most certainly some special ladies. My wife and I couldn’t recommend this place enough, it is sooo good and we will be back often!

I work right next door to this place...I've walked over twice, waited my turn in line only when it's my time to order I'm treated less than I guess because my food is to go...it's always the same lady at the register & I've left both times with no food...today the lady didn't even take my order & I didn't get rung up either...I was just told to come back in 15 to 20 minutes like my time isn't precious & then the lady just started seating the people behind me like I wasn't there to get food...the customer service is not what's it however the food is good...that's all

This is my now favorite breakfast place in North Nashville. I love local places. The pancakes are as big as your face. The bacon is crispy, and they know how to do eggs. The people are very friendly. Someone I took here who will remain nameless does not like the fluorescent lights. I didn’t notice. If you’re sensitive to atmospheric stuff like that.

I went yesterday to celebrate my Lil friends birthday. We were ignore for almost an hour,, the server came to get our order and she never even looked at us again. 55 minutes for cold pancakes and eggs, and when you review this place their friends coming from "church" BULLY YOU! STAY AWAY! I ran restaurants and bars for 3 decades and they blamed me for coming on a busier day??? do better, no kitchen should crash like that...
I can not review the food so I can't even say if it was good. I live in this town and your blatant disregard for the ppl is gross! the manager deserves a better job! DO BETTER
Wonderful lovely owned cafe. Great service, all the staff seen to play well together. Every order I've had here has been delicious. I'm not from the area but when I'm here, I'm wanting to eat at Cafe 393. Update: still a great place to eat. Friendly staff, fantastic food. Kudos to the staff!!

The food at Cafe 393 is always 10/10! My kids love their HUGE pancake. The staff is welcoming and on top their game, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and we will continue eating there!
