Our favorite spot in Hendersonville for breakfast!! Delicious food and friendly fast service.

The service was excellent, and while the food didn’t quite meet our expectations, the overall experience was enjoyable—though a bit more pricier than anticipated.

Wanted to try after so many good reviews and have no idea what’s good about this place. Soon as we were seated the waitress seemed annoyed. Got our food the gravy was so hot couldn’t eat it then not even a couple bites in there’s a piece of a stick and actual stick in my food. For two people it was almost $40 for coffee, waffle, bacon, and bowl I think we will stick to Cracker Barrel.

So today at roughly 10:30 a.m. I received the worst service that I've ever received at Cafe 393 we waited for our food for over 50 minutes and everyone around us was getting their food that seated after us our server told us they will be ready in 15 minutes this is after I already waiting 30 minutes and then she didn't come back to the table I had to get assistance from someone else today was by far the worst service that I've ever had so we just got up and left

Excellent restaurant for a Friday am Business breakkie. 10 of us had a beautiful time and thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this retaurant. Great chicken and waffles and also great environment. This restaurant also does wonderful philanthropic work! Great value for $, fun atmosphere and lovely people. Keep up the good work... to the owner who we met @ the till.

I was really impressed with my meal. I ordered eggs benedict over crab cakes. The hollandaise sauce was delicious. Although I’ve had better crab cakes, I wasn’t expecting real crab meat considering we’re in Tennessee. I didn’t care for the grits at all. They were extremely watery and bland. They definitely weren’t stone ground. I ended up wasting them. Despite that, I enjoyed my meal and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely return.

Amazing! No need for more.

Waited over an hour for food. One person in our party ordered chicken fried steak but they were out of it.
Instead of telling us and let us choose something else, kept is waiting while they brought in steak from another location.

Great food but plan to be held hostage

This place is amazing! The food was incredible and the hospitality was out of this world. You can tell that they have a few sets of regulars that come here which means they are doing something right. I recommend getting the Borderland Benny when you're there.

The food was actually very good, but the sausage was undercooked (the bacon was DELICIOUS, though!). They're a little high for breakfast, but they give HUGE portions (so much we couldn't eat it all!). So, they should offer half portions for half the price, or my wife and I can just split a plate next time. The food is really good, though - gave them a 3 star only because the sausage needs to be cooked longer (just order the bacon!!)

Great breakfast! I had French toast and deep fried bacon. The bacon was nice and crispy just like I ordered. The French toast was good. It was served with warm apples that we used as jam on my wife’s toast. She had scrambled eggs, rye toast, sausage and grits; all very good. Good coffee too!
