The staff is amazing and do their best to make you feel right at home. There are some entitled customers that are impossible to please but the staff handles these situations with grace .

Went with my wife and daughters excited to try the food since we are seafood lovers. Food was subpar. We asked for mashed potatoes they brought us 2 small potatoes in a bowl. I guess they forgot to mash them. The service was awful and I mean awful never came to check to make sure our order was right. Then when we had to go her she still took forever to bring what we asked for. They don’t ever have to worry about us coming back.

Service was good. Food was terrible. Gumbo was cold. There was shrimp cooked in the chicken and sausage gumbo when it wasn't supposed to be there. There is no jambalaya on the menu currently. Not as good of a restaurant as it was when it opened.

Creole seafood dip if you have not done it you should! Tastes so good and a touch of spice.

We come here a few times a week. The service is always top notch and the food is amazing. A must try!

Finally tried this place out for the first time today.

Upon entering, we were greeted pretty quickly by a very nice young man.
However when he sat us, we waited a good 10+ minutes before anyone came to take a drink order and there was literally only 3 tables in the restaurant.

We ordered our food and it just tasted okay. The tacos are very skimpy. They definitely needed more meat and they just wernt memorable.

Overall the food and service could use some work. This place was probably just a one and done for me.

We absolutely loved it I'm new to the Cajun style food but it was delicious but more than anything our waitress whose name I believe was Annabelle was so polite and professional with everything she did while serving us we will definitely be back and bringing friends next time.

Had to leave this review because my wife & I were big fans of this place & thought we found a new hidden gem in the Nashville burbs. We visited twice in 2024 & had a great time. Lively atmosphere, engaging staff, and delicious hot Cajun food with big portions.

Unfortunately we visited this past week & noticed the new ownership sign. We certainly appreciated the transparency but our experience was far from pleasurable compared to our first two visits. We thought to ourselves “was this bought out by private equity? Did the people actually dine here before taking it over?”

No music, no lighting, and less than enthusiastic staff when greeting us. Again, this place was always very lively to us. Admittedly it was 5pm on a Monday so I don’t blame the staff for being relatively chill but… the umbrellas for the tables outside were still in the outside dining area piled up after a recent storm came through (this was acknowledged by staff).

The other noticeable dip in the quality was the food. The taste was still good but the portion sizes were pretty ridiculous. For seafood in Nashville we found the prices very reasonable for how filled up we’d be after our visit two outings. Our last visit felt like we were scammed.

This was a bit of a shock for us given how much we really enjoyed this place before the new owners took over. It would be nice to see it return back to its original standard.

This place was nasty floors dirty

Order a boiled crawfish to take home $14.99, no corn or potatoes. This is ridiculous, not even a meal. Coming from Louisiana this wouldn’t even be considered an appetizer! A HUGH DISAPPOINTMENT ! Waisted money!

Pretty disappointed in our visit here. We ordered some appetizers, boudine balls, fried pickles, and spinach dip. The spinach dip was pretty good, but came with like 6 chips. It didn't look like we'd even started the dip when the chips were gone, so we asked for more. We ended up asking twice more, and the server apologized for forgetting each time.... We still never got those chips. We also ordered dinner salads and crawfish etouffee, which were okay- def nothing special. We ordered a few drinks, but each round took forever and would come out watered down after we watched them sit in the well. I do think our server was busy, she seemed to have the whole restaurant, and she was new, but the bartender had only 2 patrons all night and just let the drinks sit there when we were 6 feet from the bar.

Fortunately, we were in no hurry and enjoyed each other's company. But we won't be choosing this spot again.

The food might be enough to bring me back in a few months but the Saturday (3/22) was solidly one of the worst serving experiences I’ve had in 35 years of walking the earth. You name it, it got messed up:

* 25 minutes to get the check. Twice waitress walked by and said she’d be back in a minute to grab it (my card sitting on the end of the table the entire time)

* no silverware with the food, asked for a set when the food arrived, was given one, despite my kid being with me. My kid and I literally shared silverware through the meal bc I didn’t want her food to get cold while we waited.

* At one point waitress said she’d grab me a refill, came back 10 minutes later, took my cup, and then didn’t return with it for another 10 minutes in the middle of the meal. Left me with no drink

* absolutely no one working the front door the whole time, people stacking up waiting to get seated

* told me 30 minutes after I ordered that they were out of mashed potatoes and asked what I wanted instead

* at one point asked my kid if she wanted crayons, then said she’d bring some, but never actually brought them (least offensive of all the problems but just a weird experience)

Whole meal took an hour and 35 minutes. In a mostly empty restaurant (tho there were 7 tables waiting when I left bc everyone else was having the same experience I was).

Based on the other reviews I must have just hit a bad time or bad shift, but I won’t be back anytime soon.
