Despite a previous issue with drive-thru food, the general manager was understanding and replaced the meal for free. The restaurant's kindness and hospitality shone through, even extending to a grandma in a nursing home who was able to enjoy Captain D's for the first time in a while. The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The young ladies at the window are happy to offer different sauces and the workers in the kitchen are efficient, even when short-staffed. Overall, Captain D's is a great spot to grab a meal, with good food and a welcoming atmosphere.
