Place is run down. Of the fast food in Hendersonville this location and the Popeyes up the road ranks worst by customer reviews. And the service is awful. They don’t tell you they charge extra for double sides or the coupons are the same deal as in store and don’t help the price at all. Wait for the food was long and lady running cash register really sounded like she didn’t want to work and made that very clear. My drink cup smelled moldy and food was cold. Not trying to be all negative but they’re really isn’t any positives and I’m sure I’ll get the oh I’m sorry automated reply from customer service that won’t change anything.

This place is the filthiest and foul smeling place. They never have the grill working. The place is so run down and do not get me started on the restrooms. If the kitchen is as nasty as the restrooms I would not be surprised. I will never go there again and neither will my family and friends.

Not what it was before COVID. I will go to Red Lobster next time if I'm gonna spend so much. Over- charged for meals that were posted to be less. She Didn't want to give enough condiments or napkins.
Fish just gets skinnier and we couldn't hardly tell the difference between chicken and fish. Miss the old fashioned diamond fillets

It's always slow. What Captain D's isn't? Im willing to wait for the price and unique tastes. My biggest issue is that my fries are always old and soggy. The ONLY time I've had relatively hot fries is when i ask for them. I visit there about 3 times a week, depending on the drive-through line.
