It's always slow. What Captain D's isn't? Im willing to wait for the price and unique tastes. My biggest issue is that my fries are always old and soggy. The ONLY time I've had relatively hot fries is when i ask for them. I visit there about 3 times a week, depending on the drive-through line.

Garlic butter shrimp.....🤮🤮🤮. The rest is awesome, but that shrimp has waaaaaay too much garlic in the sauce. I could've chased off a vampire.

Twice this week I went to Captain D's tried to order the fish and chicken on the first visit I was told it was too late to order because they were going to be closing in 20 minutes so understood that but came back 3 days later to try to order it at 9:00 p.m. and they took the order for fish and chicken of the person in front of me but when I came to order they denied and said that they were out of batter and did not want to make more. That's an hour of chicken orders they missed out on including mine I don't think I'll be returning until management gets this worked out

Well well well. Tried Captain D’s a few months ago after several years and it was excellent. Tried it again at this location and it was terrible. Tried to pick up in the drive through on a Saturday night and started with the lady never answering. Finally she announced through the speak that they were not able to process any orders in the drive through or inside, that it would have to be through the app. We were already here so I downloaded the app and placed the order. When I went inside they were actively taking orders both in the drive through as well as in the lobby. Not sure why I was lied to but I got off easy because very shortly the employees started trashing the customers telling them rudely to wait and then started telling everyone that there was a 30 minute wait. They just came up with a number it was solely to encourage people to go somewhere else. I don’t think I have ever seen employees so miserable at any restaurant before. Finally got my order after they started yelling DoorDash. When I approached and claimed the order but said I wasn’t DoorDash, they asked why I placed it through the app then. I told them they told me to 45 minutes before and they all shared a chuckle. To top it all off, the order was wrong and missing a fish filet.
Absolutely avoid this location at all costs. Horrific experience, cold food, and inaccurate order.

Based on my experience from 1/31/25 at 7:20pm I 100% recommend. I don’t know the names of the staff members working tonight but they were awesome! The food was 100% fresh, and they each asked my husband and I multiple times if everything was okay or if we needed anything. I will be back based on this experience alone! Good job y'all and thank you for a good dinner experience! 👏
