Center Point Barbecue

Yummy ribs and beans and Cole slaw. I wasn’t a fan of the wings but, this isn’t a wing restaurant. lol

Food was great and the service from Robert was outstanding! We will definitely be back.

Was excited to try Center Point for the first time, walked in there was 4 people standing there looking miserable like they had been waiting a while to order or pay. We had no idea where the line was and was waiting on something to happen. Several workers walked by without saying anything to anyone, finally about 15min later someone asked where to order and the worker rudely said over there it’s going to be a while. Between that time someone had walked in and cut us in line. The worker had seen this, took the people’s order in front of us and the lady that cut us then just walked off without saying anything to us at all? We had waited another 5min without saying anything at all. Wasted like 20min in there without any communication and just ended up leaving. Every employee looked absolutely miserable. Will not be back after this experience, worst customer service I’ve ever seen actually.

I called, and they had food for 9 ready in under thirty minutes

It’s been a while since I have eaten at Centerpoint BBQ, but I stopped in last week to get a turkey sandwich. Along with that sandwich, I ordered a sweet tea and a bag of chips. The turkey was incredibly flavorless and I could not eat it. So ultimately I paid $27 for a bag of chips and a cup of tea. Even if I had enjoyed the sandwich, $27 for a sandwich, a bag of chips, and a drink seems excessive. One less place, I’ll visit

I've lived in Tn for 6 years and hunted and hunted. Stopped in here to taste the bbq but then saw the breaded fried pork tenderloin sandwich on the menu. It was the BEST one I've had in TN! Owner was testing fries while I dined and shared those and had a great vibration m conversation with him.

Definitely worth it!

The pulled pork was surprisingly dry, the cornbread pancake was also pretty stiff. The fried okra was the best part. And even though I bought a $14 meal they still charged me $0.65 for a cup of water? I love the divey celebrities on the wall atmosphere, but I think I must have gone in on a bad day or something.

Pulled pork plate with potato salad and slaw. Pork was good with a decent smoke flavoring before any sauce was added. Corn bread cake was good as well. Service was exceptional and the young man was always checking on me and my beverage.

This is by far the best tasting bbq I have had in a lonnnng time.
The staff was busy, but still relatively friendly. I will definitely return. Oh yeah, parking is tricky.
