Ordered the pineapple sirloin and it was not what I expected. It was very bland not much flavor other then the pieces of pineapple. The service was good.

After a weekend working an out of town expo, I was not ready to cook. Enter Cheddar’s family meal. We ordered the salmon and it was wonderful plus the price was right.

They do NOT take the hiring process seriously and they will waste your time.
i have been to this restaurant many times and enjoy it. but its an exclusive club. just like chop house down the street. it cant be psychologically healthy to work in intense/hostile work enviroments like that.

Cheddar's, you can do better. I there on a Saturday evening for dinner. When we arrived there were 5 individuals standing at the hostess station. We were informed that it would be a 15 minute wait. We patiently waited along with several other parties. Once seated, I saw that our area had numerous empty tables. I continued to observe my server work 2 tables other than ours. She took all of our meal & drink orders and started bussing the empty table next to us. Still I observed 5 individuals giggling and laughing at the hostess station.

We recently dined at Cheddar’s, and our experience was absolutely made by our server, Gwen. From the moment we sat down, Gwen was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She was incredibly attentive, checking in just the right amount and making sure we had everything we needed.

What really stood out was Gwen’s charisma—she brought such a fun, friendly vibe to the table that it felt like we were being served by someone who genuinely cared about our experience. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with personality so effortlessly.

Thanks to Gwen, we left with smiles on our faces. She’s a true asset to the Cheddar’s team, and we’ll definitely be back to see her again!

Not all food came out at the same time, food was around average for quality

My ribs were delicious along with the broccoli casserole and green beans. The sirloin was chewy and very under done for medium rare. It's just extremely chewy to the point of being un eatable.
Also, the table kiosk has serious issues and completely messed off every aspect of our receipt to the point it took like 15 minutes to figure it out and overcharged us by a good amount.

Had a reservation quoted for 30-40 min, made a 30 min drive only to be told it was another 30-40 min they were short on servers actually waited another hour and went back in to find 4 workers standing at podium talking and joking. There was another family of 4 who walked up that had been seated for an extended period of time and never got a server so they left and we did too the restaurant was almost empty was the bad part

This is the best Cheddars location I've been to in a long time. I just had a to go order, but the staff were friendly, had everything bagged up nicely and it was still decently warm an hour after pickup. Thanks!

Only giving the service 3 star as they were nice but were also subtly trying to push my friends and I out the door after we had finished eating even though we were still visiting and chatting over our drinks and there was no line or new customers waiting to be seated. Food was good, lots to choose from, and the dining area was very nice, relaxing and clean.
