Chicken Salad Chick

My sister in law asked me to share this with her it was a buy one get one a Mother’s Day special.

Always good, not one complaint about the service or the good. But you close wayyyyy too early!!

Opened this place a couple times now and I really do like the sandwiches however I have not figured out how to use the menu yet. I’ve had a few different things tried a couple of different things and looking forward to trying it a little longer.

The chicken salad was top notch as well as the service!

Staff is amazingly kind and takes care with each customer. Thank you for being so kind to my mother, she is a saint haha.

I rarely get a chance to go here and have always loved their sandwiches. They have either changed the wheat bread or it was old because my sandwich bread was very dry and stale. The tea was also not fresh. It had a bad taste and I could not drink it! Their fountain drink machine was broken! Not a good experience on this day!

Today for the first time, I decided to eat at salad chick. I ordered my food during my lunch break, which is only an hour long. I was waiting for my order for 25 minutes. Which was running over into the end of my break. I asked for a refund due to my break being over and I needed to get back to my job. The manager was on the line for filling orders for lunch. She proceeded to tell her employee to tell me that she cannot refund me my money until she is done fulfilling the orders on the line, this manager knows that she is the only person that can give a refund. And still, I did not get my refund. a kind customer that was standing behind me kindly suggested that she can drop off my food for me so that I can return to work. My first experience with salad chicks, and this is my last experience with salad chicks. I have never endure such horrible customer service from a manager in my entire life.

Manager of the Hendersonville restaurant is unbelievably rude about THEIR mistake!!!! She told me that I should have checked my receipt!!! Don’t eat there…EVER!!

Fresh chicken salad. Nice sides to choose from with main item. Quick service. Plenty of variety. Nice place to grab a bite with friends.

Food is pretty consistent. I get the quick chicks for lunch often and usually they give you a good amount of crackers to eat this with. Recently i have only gotten 3-4 packs of crackers with the quick chick. I have added in the notes to include more crackers but they have not. There isn’t an option online to add more crackers to the order. This is stupidly annoying for people who have limited time on lunch breaks. I’ve had to stop at Walgreens to get more crackers just to eat my food.
