Today was the first time about 6mo that we visited. The food was phenomenal and the service was great.

My only complain is how pricy some things in their menu are and how they’re really it with their proportions . But I do got to say I liked my food it was very good and nice presentable looked exactly just like in the menu I had the 10 lion and shrimp with mash potatoes and a side of mushroom as I did not wanted brócoli and it was very good I enjoyed the mash potatoes ( which I don’t really like mash potato but when I saw it in the menu I craved it so bad ) and it tasted amazing . Then the lava cake was calling my attention the whole time and the presentation was very nice presented

Everything is very rich. Our waitress Mariesha Gus was super friendly and took great care of us. We will return!

They literally skipped all around me and my girlfriend and seated everyone else. It came across kind of racist at first until one of the 20 people that walked in after us stated "oh that's our niece". Will not be back

I had Amanda as my server and she was great. My triple dipper came out exactly as I wanted, she was very attentive with my drinks and always checked on me. Tena also stopped and asked how my meal was. This was the best experience I’ve had at a chilis by far!

Manager tina is very aggressive and gets high on the job. When me and my fiance were there for our anniversary dinner last week, she walked past with a dirty look on her face and smelled like marijuana. My server was not attentive and they were cussing loud. Our food was cold and when we asked for the manager she came to us with an attitude and while replacing our order she threw it on the table knocking off my fries and almost spilt my drink in my lap. Very poor service. Will not be returning until better staff are employed.

Extremely disappointed, from someone who absolutely loves chilies sadly I will not be returning to hville chilies for a while. Services was a joke, charging extra for things that normally included. “Out of” all my wife’s favorite drink options. On top of that got RAW unseasoned chicken on my fajitas only offered to sub out some shrimp. No togo drinks or chips! I’d advice to go somewhere this chilies is not up to par.

Our server Jace was absolutely phenomenal. I have never been more impressed with customer service of a waiter. He definitely deserves more than this 5 star review. Keep up the good work Jace.

I went into chilis the other night and I was sitting by the bar in the booths. Our servers name was Nick and he was just INCREDIBLE. He was fast, attentive, tall, and handsome af as well as sweet and nurturing. He never left a cup unfilled and a plate empty. He was amazing and so so great. Also, the bartender of the night may have been short but I see him here a lot on weekends. He’s very cocky and arrogant which is weird for a man of his size but weirdly I like it. He was also quite the joy to watch when our sexy server Nick was busy. This chilis location is amazing and has the best ensemble of workers. And the hostess was also incredibly sweet and beautiful. She took us to our table efficiently and looked good while doing it. 10/10 recommend this chilis for its excellent service, staff, and amazing food. Will be coming back again with the wife.

service was terrible. was seated immediately but took our waiter 20 minutes to come over to us to even get our drinks and never told us he'd be with us in a second. our section was very empty, with two other small group tables. Our waiter had been flirting with some girls infront of our table, and finally comes over to us with the excuse "sorry ive been busy" the proportions of the eggrolls we recieved were extremely small and not how theyre regularly made. A charge for game pass had also been added onto our check, when neither of us had clicked on anything to do with the games on the ipad at the table. when we asked to remove it the first time, it remained on there. Was finally removed the second time, but was annoying we had to ask twice for that charge to be removed. Left no tip to our waiter, he looked kinda like a rat. If you get him, the sevice will be bad. Also there seemed to be a big manager on site tonight, but didnt seem to care about anything going on in the store. And another table in our section was also having issues with our same waiter. The first picture is of what the eggrolls should and have always looked like for me, the second is what was served to me tonight, which appears to be what was 3 egg rolls, that were cut in half to make "six" eggrolls.
