Had pick up, the hostesses looked confused about sitting others, said go left if bar for pick up which was confusing. No one at counter for 10 minutes. Food was not what was expecting on 3 for Me. Very deceiving on menu. Definitely turned me away from ever ordering from Chili’s again.

Dined in and the service was great! Our waitress was phenomenal! We didn't have to ask for anything! She kept us in drinks and our food was served to perfection!! Highly recommend this Chili's!!!!! Management is taking care of business and running it right!!!

It looks like this Chili’s died when I was in there. It was dark, musty and smelled off. Water leaking from the ceiling. Staff was great

they had a deal for $6 margaritas so that’s the whole reason we showed up, i also heard through a friend that they have revamped their menu. sat down ordered drinks, we ordered the app and our meals at the same time but from working in service myself i know how to have the app come out first before the meal, well everything came out at once. our mozzarella sticks were cold and you could tell just by looking that the southwest egg rolls were sitting on the warmer for quite some time. i ordered the chicken bacon ranch, from reading the menu it didn’t say anything about the chicken being tossed in a mild sauce, otherwise i wouldn’t have gotten it. it was okay but i had to drench it in ranch for it to be palatable. the boyfriend ordered the half rack of ribs and the chicken tenders, the tenders came out cold and the ribs were tough!! they also didn’t have any prices on the drinks, so for crappy food we had to pay over $100. i figured when the manager came over to touch the table he saw that we weren’t too happy so he threw on a free brownie on the house, it was good for being a dessert but you could also tell nothing about it was special, i could have made brownies at the house with my own store bought caramel and chocolate drizzle and it still would have been better. overall we will not be going back again, we took FOUR togo boxes home

We normally go to Gallatin store. Well today we stopped here in Hendersonville. Glad we did. Cody was our server and I can say he was probably the best server I have had period in Any restraunt. He was very friendly and attentive to us. Made sure out order was correct as well when they brought the wrong salads out the first time. He was on his A game for sure. Thanks Cody.

Service was great. Table side kiosk is very convenient for paying the bill and keeping the kiddos occupied. Wings were a little oversauced taking away from them ultimately. All the other food ordered was very good. Would definitely come again.

Kody was the bomb, sat us down realized the table was a little dirty got it cleaned up, was very attentive, and overall a really good guy!! Great server and great food make the best places to eat! Ask for Kody if you go to Chili’s!
