Chipotle is one of my fav chains but unfortunately Hendersonville wins the award for worst Chipotle. The rice and chicken always undercooked, rude staff, non verbal staff, staff touching phones with gloves on. Hope you guys can get it together over there.

The food at Chipotle is really good. The problem I have with this location is their employees. They are always rude. When you pay $15 for a burrito you should at least get good customer service. I have stopped tipping the staff because they are so bad. I picked up yesterday & the girl that waited on me in the pickup lane opened the the window & literally said “what do you want” handed me my order & slammed the window shut. Unacceptable & shows that this location is poorly managed.

This location is typically out of at least 2 things, counters always messy. Will visit other locations moving forward as this isn’t first issue at this location. Manager Evan on duty had no clue.

We went in with over an hour left until closing. All of their food containers were dried up and half of the food was not even available. I asked if anything else was coming out and they just said they were out. They were more concerned with closing early rather than feeding customers. Don’t waste your time here.

My bowl was missing nearly every ingredient, the food was cold, and the rice wasn’t even fully cooked. This is completely unacceptable for a Chipotle, and unfortunately it’s become a recurring issue every time I visit this location. I also attempted to request a refund through the app and was only offered a free queso for my next visit, which doesn’t address the problem at all. This level of service is unacceptable, and something at this location needs to change.
