Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food: middle-of-the-road. Chicken was lacking flavor. Rice, too. Even the guac tasted flat. Edible but nothing special.
Service: Sub-par. I asked for more rice, like an extra two scoops and the person barely filled my bowl. Same for guac.
Atmosphere: It was okay. Fairly clean, but completely dead, like a tomb. I barely ever see empty Chipotles unless the food isn't great, which was the case here.

I ordered a chicken salad. The portion was adequate but it was lacking flavor. The only thing in the salad that has any flavor was the guacamole. Moe's and Blue Coast Burrito have Chipotle beat.

I made my chipotle mobile order for two meals. They were ready for pick up when I got there. I checked each meal's label on the lid before leaving, as I had to drive 45 minutes to get home. Turns out, they botched my order. Left ingredients I asked for off and added cheese, which I'm dairy-free, so that was a little difficult to take off. Anyway, I guess people need to actually be taking all the lids off of their meals to triple check that everything is perfect before you leave the store expecting what you ordered 👌🏼🙃

If you’re looking to dig into your favorite meal from your favorite fast casual Mexican grill, don’t get it from this chipotle. This particular location tastes nothing like classic chipotle. Everything tastes bland like your mother in law cooked it in a crock pot. If they just put some salt in their food it would taste decent.

Whoever is the manager needs to keep their staff busy ( or lose their job because they suck at it). Staff hanging around playing on their phones. If they are that slow, I saw tables, windows, floors that could be cleaned. Staff never said hello. Chipotle is going down hill fast and if they don’t watch it, they could go out of business before they know it!

Would avoid this location. Staff do not care about making food correctly and would rather spend time talking amongst themselves vs helping customers.

Chips were extremely stale and meal portions were extremely small compared to other Chipotle locations.

I love chipotle normally and was so excited. This was my first time at this location and honestly saying it was a let down is an understatement. The chips were unsalted and stale, you bite into them and it’s chewy… not crispy. The portion of meat they gave me was 1/4 of what it normally is. The rice was also stale and the beans were cold and tasted uncooked. Im not typically one to leave reviews but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. The employees also ignored us for the better part of 10 mins before we got any service.

2.9 rating is totally deserved. I’ve been going to this location for 6 months with my coworkers and get the same experience every time. Im done going to this branch. It’s absolutely unacceptable. They literally shake the meat spoon so you get the least amount of meat possible. Today I had to say something, it’s obnoxious. This is the only location that consistently gives me a terribly rolled burrito where it’s open when I unwrap it. I will never return. Not a single worker has any respect for what they do and gives attitude if you speak up. The owners should have a sit down with every manager there because I promise you, the service is losing you customers. Customers should all go to the goodletsville location instead even if it’s a bit of a drive.

This Chipotle is terrible. Every time we pick-up a meal from here we are disappointed. The rice is over cooked, there’s barely any flavor and most recently all the chicken on my son’s quesadilla was charred and burned. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but it definitely needs some help.
