Chipotle Mexican Grill

Sad but tasty at best. Gross tables, small burritos, cashier and people making burritos don’t make eye contact or say a single word very threatening atmosphere, the chipotle in Nashville west (charlotte avn) makes fresher food, bigger burritos, and is wonderful honestly ,they also actually speak to customers. The food was tasty though but in a child’s portion, not good ,rarely write reviews.

This location needs to be shut down. Staff doesn’t care and people get food born illnesses from this location. Food is cold, uncooked and improperly portioned for the price. Not sure how it’s able to stay open. Corporate doesn’t care. They emailed my husband back saying “sorry we’ll look into it” regarding his review. Well, sorry. Your location won’t have any returning customers. Worst chipotle on earth. Probably is a front for the portal entrance into hell.

It's 5:50pm and there is no white or brown rice, no chicken, no steak on the line. They used the whole grill to cook chicken instead of splitting it with the steak. Only offering a small portion of the hot honey chicken and fajita mix with your sides. This is pathetic. They also don't have the brisket that chipotle advertises on commericals.

Literally 6:30 pm no chicken no white rice and they aren’t making anymore 🤔 on a Friday night this place is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Such a waste of time. Drive to goodlettsville or try other options not worth the price for crappy service.

Employees are not friendly at all. I was served half a scoop of chicken (not even kidding) and was told that’s a full portion. I politely pushed back multiple times and was able to get another half scoop, equaling 1 full scoop. Both the employee and manager they called over were just not nice.

So, I ordered a large chips and queso, let's just say they gave me enough chips for not even 1 of us and there were 2 of us. Queso was sad and bland. Did not fix the craving. And it was expensive

First time back in a couple years since they opened. Nothing has changed. One of the worst Chipotle’s in the country. Avoid at all cost. The staff couldn’t care any less, food is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go literally ANYWHERE else.

Horrible service. Picked up my online order at the window and drink was given. Had to honk at the person to come back to the window which she proceeds to tell me that I had to wait for a drink or come inside and get it myself.

This place is terrible, every time we get food from here it’s cold, the veggies are uncooked and the lettuce is soggy. We’ve called each time and the “general manager” says they never get complaints and we should pick our food up sooner. (We ordered in the restaurant) this place is a joke and the 3 star average reflects that.

Stingy portions. Barely one scoop of chicken. Have to ask for more rice and beans just to get it to standard portion amount. Ridiculous
