I normally love Chipotle, but this place is the absolute worst and I'll probably never be back. The last time I went in there there were two workers making to go orders, and one cook who was cooking. My son and I stood there for at least 5 minutes before a guy got off his phone and came out of the back to help us. In those 5 minutes not anybody said a word to us...The guy who did finally help us barely said two words, and not to mention the dining room was absolutely disgusting. Not a single table was wiped down, there was garbage all over the floors and the trash cans were full. The place was an absolute mess.

Food is great but the last few times we've gone inside the dining room has been filthy - all tables were dirty , trash overflowing, trash on the floor. There are so many employees behind the counter so plenty available to clean and they weren't busy. When you do get someone to help they act as if you're bothering them when you need to order.

I got the fajita veggies and it was all raw. ?? who does that?! Just say you hate having customers. Idc about anyone else or if anyone reads my review I’m leaving this for me. Omg. I should’ve went to Taco Bell but I wanted to treat myself because I have had chipotle in forever.Future me if you are reading this; run!!!

Missing food items and pathetic amounts of meat in the entrees that did make it in the bag. Even when ordering double meat for an extra $3.40+. They drown you in rice to make up for the lost weight with lack of meat. So sad! Workers all just chit chatting and flirting instead of focusing on making sure the order is correct. Rude manners too. Quick to hand you your food so they can get back to talking about Gossip Girl. Simple attention to detail would make this review 4 starts minimum. I'd be embarrassed if I was the franchise owner of this location.

Online pickup order. Fajita veggies were literally uncooked. Paid for 2x chicken and received less than a normal serving. Such a small amount of everything. Don’t raise your prices and then give us less food that isn’t all cooked!

We ordered for delivery and the driver was great. We opened our order and everything was wrong. The bowls with labels were nothing close to what we had ordered. No chips, sides or silverware. Our name & labels matched but the most random orders. Very strange. Will never be ordering from this chipotle again.
