If you order online for pickup or use a delivery service. Be prepared for the order to take forever. They do not prioritize online orders. I have seen people wait over 30 minutes pass they're pickup time. I would recommend ordering somewhere else

Food not brought at same time. Waiter did not offer coffee refill. Had to ask another server. No biscuits brought with order. No butter. Got grits instead of gravy. Too little syrup for pancakes. Had to ask for more. Food wasn't hot. Barely warm.

The Hendersonville Tn Cracker Barrel was short handed on Black Friday due to selfish people not showing up for work, however our service was excellent! Every person that did show for work was working very hard. Each server that passed our table stopped to make sure we were taken care of us! Ryan was seating people and helping wait tables! Even the general manager Sterling was helping out with serving! Thank you for the wonderful service!!

The food wasn’t as good as it usually is. I has the meatloaf and it was very dry and not hot temperature wise, it had a lot if fatty pieces in it and I didn’t enjoy it

The service was fine, but the food (pancake, eggs, bacon, and grits) was barely warm. It didn’t taste bad, but it was not warm. This is not the norm for our location, but it has also been happening a bit more recently.
