What a unprofessional location! I been here twice and the service is still horrible! The wait is always long and my food comes out cold. I ordered a cinnamon French toast that took 40 minutes to come out and my server was sweet but she took forever giving me drink refills. I asked to speak to a manger and the GM says there's nothing he can do about my cold meal!!!! Something about the business food cost. Couldn't even give me a partial discount!

My first time at this location. What a horrible experience! No hospitality, you can hear servers arguing. The black manger told me he couldn't do nothing about my cold meal that I been waiting on for almost 1hour! Never coming to this location again unless you want rude service and cold food.

I come here often with my mother the food use to be good. But it always comes out cold. The general manager was super rude and told me he needs to save on his food cost so he couldn’t remake my food. Is this the type of service Cracker Barrel has come to now???

Nearly everything that Cracker Barrel serves seems like a heart attack to me. This place spreads butter everything. Good, but not good for your waist line or your health

Food can use work more flavor very bland tastless it was all of it to the chicken the fries the all of it.. I just smiled and ate because I was hungry but the food really was not good..

I was very disappointed when I got my meal. The meatloaf had no flavor or any sauce on it whatsoever, and the mashed potatoes with cream gravy had a terrible sweet taste, I'm not even sure they were potatoes.

It has changed so much since the pandemic. Wait times are terrible and I can make a better grilled chicken salad at home. Yesterday we decided to try again. We got on the online wait list. We were seated quickly and the waiter took our order. More than 30 minutes later our 2 grilled chicken salads came out. The salads consisted of iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, a cold boiled egg, and partially cut chicken. We had to struggle to cut the chicken into bite size pieces, and then we realized they had not brought crackers. Cracker Barrel chef salad used to be one of our favorite meals, with mixed greens, lots of meat and vegetables, a deviled egg, and a slice of cheese. Now they don't even offer it, and they no longer offer French dressing or Thousand Island dressing. We won't be back.
The food was great and service was good. I enjoy going here to have home cooking.
