Crumbl - Hendersonville

Crumbl cookie is pretty good. However they could benefit from having at least one fruity / fresh flavored cookie in each rotation. They’re consistently doing all warm flavored cookies, and will often go weeks without having a fresh / fruit flavor. When they do have the occasional fresh / fruit cookie, they’re always sold out. Also noticed they’re doing a lot more pies and “sponsored” cookies (e.g big name cereal brands, cookie brands, etc.). The pies and collab cookies are ok, but I miss when crumbl prioritized their own cookies.

Horrible customer service ,I was waiting like 10 minutes for someone to help me ,nobody bother to say hello or anything finally I just left the store , young people won't understand what customers service means

Received a $25 gift card and bought one large cookie and the balance is under $4.... Second time something like this happened with a gift card??????

The cookies were good, issues are:
The price is way too high
Several items on display were sold out without any signs
The staff was rude
The place seemed more like corporate events or catering more than a family place
Very cold and uninviting

Out of half the cookies at 1pm. Had to yell over to them to come and take our order even though they looked right at us and ignored us. Second location I’ve had a bad experience at. Get it together Crumble corporate!

These cookies are so good

They never have any cookies made... and the service sucks to be quite honest. I've driven from Springfield to Hendersonville for cookies, and a literal cookie company says they don't have any! Ha, what a shame!

This was my 1st visit here. They had no mini cookies available. The ONLY cookie flavor available was chocolate chip. They had a few pies but no apple pie. We left without cookies. So sad.

Company issue, but it’s insane that you can’t buy a single cookie from this place when they are “out” of single boxes.They just want you to spend more this place is a scam.

I go to this store very often but this week I went to get my pick up order and I saw a girl outside fixing the sign in front of the store with her gloves on. She came in the store and asked me my name and proceeded to fix my order without changing her gloves. I asked her did you change your gloves and she looked shocked and threw the cookies away and went to the back to get a box of gloves and then did my order but my churro cookie was terrible it looked nothing like it should’ve.
