Their order was ordered another vehicle got behind me Another lady went and took their order and I was in the middle waiting to be served and they serve those two individuals so I took my business somewhere else One of the ladies didn’t seem too happy the way I looked the one with the black hair

Wish I had of gotten the gentleman taking our orders name! He was so courteous and polite! After coming here following a bad experience and ignored at another restaurant for 25 minutes… the polite and quick service feeding a family of 3 dinner and dessert, you couldn’t beat the kind service and quick time to get the food made fresh and brought to the car was very welcoming! Thank you for your service and quality food!

When me and my family walked into Culver’s for the first time, we felt the atmosphere very inviting. It had a cozy and friendly vibe, very nice looking and clean, employees were very professionally nice and it was really cool that they brought our food to us at the table. Culver's is good food wise, but I think they hire the dumbest people. Not hard to read a receipt. Can't tell you how many times we've gone through the drive only to get home and missing stuff. Get a flipping app for God sake. It's 2025!!

Love the burgers and fries. They can be a bit too salty at times, but still a good choice. They did forget a meal for my daughter, but they were apologetic and fixed it. Customer service is always great at this location!
Culver's is almost always a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, and food always comes out hot. The only possible downfall is wait times. This is a consequence of them making fresh food every time you order, which isn't a bad thing. If you are willing to wait a little bit for your food and want a good burger or excellent ice cream, Culver's is a no-brainer.

Only second time eating here, first time dining in and it was a pleasurable experience. The food was good, me personally I felt the onion rings were a little over cooked but edible. Would recommend a 4 out of 5 all day.

Culver's is elevated fast food. Standard fast food options are a cut above the rest in terms of quality. Most of the staff are teenagers, but they are always very attentive and respectful. The frozen custard desserts are outstanding.
Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids. The menu has all the classic kid-friendly offerings like cheeseburgers and chicken strips and the cheerful, colorful Scoopie character is fun for them, too.
