No complaints with food or most the staff in fact service was quick and nothing was wrong . There was one staff member who I assumed was a manager because she was verbally belittling other workers . You could tell by the awkward tense and very unusual energy for this building . This Culver’s usually I have zero problems with and even like sitting down but eating with my family and hearing her yell at the crew especially one majorly formed by high schoolers for their first jobs it was extremely unprofessional . I felt bad for the kids who are usually on their best behavior and have wonderful service . I always feel welcome but I truly hope this manager learns patience.

For the majority the food was good and only two things left off of our order, not a big deal at all and all workers I talked to were extremely nice. However, they seemed kinda off due to someone screaming at all the workers over minimal things which put off the mood of everything.

What is love most about Culver's is the Cheese Curds, which are fried cheddar pieces. I have had their fish sandwiches which are good. The staff at the Culver's in Hendersonville is always very friendly.

Normally I give this Hendersonville Tennessee restaurant 5 ☆across the board. This visit was exceptionally sub standard. Burgers were barely warm. Cashier was rude. So the Normally great atmosphere was negative. This is the one time I didn't give a manager a chanceTo make it right.

Ice cream was great. Service was excellent. Just minor stuff wrong with our order. Like we ordered crispy chicken and got spicy chicken and we asked for bacon and cheese and only got the cheese.

Tasty burger, fries and onion rings cooked just as ordered-only one renegade-brunt to a crisp ff in dad’s bunch; Service was great-some of the friendliest ever…atmosphere would have been amazing with all the happy workers ready to serve, getting along like longtime friends and colleagues, with one exception. If the view into the restaurant wasn’t so open concept from the toilet seat in the ladies room, BEHIND a closed stall door, this would be a 5 star review. There are some places where there’s no such thing as too much privacy. That should be one of them.😳

Between 4:45 PM to 4:50 PM I pulled up. There was a vehicle in front of me. Their order was ordered another vehicle got behind me Another lady went and took their order and I was in the middle waiting to be served and they serve those two individuals so I took my business somewhere else One of the ladies didn’t seem too happy the way I looked the one with the black hair

Unfortunately I’ve never had a good experience here. Food is always cold, soda always flat, and takes forever to come out.
Wish I had of gotten the gentleman taking our orders name! He was so courteous and polite! After coming here following a bad experience and ignored at another restaurant for 25 minutes… the polite and quick service feeding a family of 3 dinner and dessert, you couldn’t beat the kind service and quick time to get the food made fresh and brought to the car was very welcoming! Thank you for your service and quality food!

When me and my family walked into Culver’s for the first time, we felt the atmosphere very inviting. It had a cozy and friendly vibe, very nice looking and clean, employees were very professionally nice and it was really cool that they brought our food to us at the table. Culver's is good food wise, but I think they hire the dumbest people. Not hard to read a receipt. Can't tell you how many times we've gone through the drive only to get home and missing stuff. Get a flipping app for God sake. It's 2025!!
