Good evening, I went to this location st 8:49pm ordered a single butter burger value basket with no mayo. My order was completely messed up. What I received was a double burger with loaded mayo. Clearly no one followed instructions and gave me a burger I cannot eat because I am allergic to mayo. Thank goodness I opened it first before taking a bite. I do not recommend going to this location after 8pm. Please hire employees that can follow a customers request because this could have been detrimental to my health.

So very dysfunctional drive through if they get lined up. They will put a cone out and redirect traffic. If you have the cone behind you, you might as well leave they are out in the parking lot Takin orders from the redirected traffic, and you'll find cars shooting down beside you. When you've already been settin there for 20 minutes. In line, they already have tickets on their mirror and you're here for yo another 45 minutes. Trying to figure out when your order's gonna be even taken

We spent 50 minutes in line at the drive through on Friday for one order of kid’s chicken tenders. They were serving about one car every 10-15 minutes. I doubt we’ll be back after this.Chick fil a would have a 250 car line if they were half this slow.
The lady at the drive through in the bacon costume made my entire day. This Culver’s is incredible! They also should be allowed to keep the bacon costume because it was the best part about my experience.

Everyone in the family loves the burgers here. My wife tried the fish sandwich, loved it as well. Staff is always friendly & accommodating.
Delicious and wonderful customer service. My daughter just had hurt herself and wanted comfort food and this made her feel so much better. She said this tasted like In-N-Out from California. Such a compliment!!
This Chik fil a style drive thru nonsense takes longer than just doing a regular drivethru. Makes it totally inefficient to even try.
