I was on lunch break and I waited at the drive thru window for 15 min literally and the lady working kept saying they had a big order in front of me and that there was only 2 people working and when I finally drove off there was not one soul at the window. It is lunch time and that’s absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be back there again.

The store was cleaned up when I started working there & was posted on Hip Hendersonville however the area they use to make the blizzards was cleaned 1 time in two months . They don’t like cleaning to much that’s right same scooped that scooped the Reese pieces or butterfingers bits was there as a permanent fixture….
Carting/Vaping & cell phone area in the back.
I never saw or caught anyone cleaning the ice cream machine NEVER !!!! Be safe

I went to this location today to order lunch for my children. We went I see to eat so we could sit down at a table together. We were the first to walk in. There were 3 visible employees; one on drive thru, one preparing food and one standing next to the ice cream machine. Not one of them acknowledged, greeted, or said a word to any of us. After standing there being ignored for at least 10 minutes, more patrons began entering the store at which time I asked the gentleman standing at the ice cream machine if someone was going to take our order? He said he didn’t know how to. At least another 5 minutes later a woman (whom I assume is the manager) walks out of the back room and completely ignores the 10 people at the counter. Doesn’t say a word. I ask if someone is going to take our order and she nastily turns around and says “ma’am we are busy. Wait a minute” at which time I gathers my family and left. I’m not giving my hard earned money to an establishment that doesn’t even care if we are there or not. You’ll be out of business in no time at this rate.

This store has gotten so much better in recent months! It's always clean including the bathrooms. The management and crew are all so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. We had a complicated order but they went above and beyond to make it perfectly for us. Whoever is now running this store is doing a fantastic job!

Look, I love dairy queen blizzards, especially the summer limited cotton candy, but they are NEVER mixed all the way through! This one I got most recently literally a fourth of it was mixed. The rest was just vanilla ice cream.

Very slow service. More attention was given to the drive thru than customers who were attempted to dine inside. The store appeared to be understaffed, however customers weren't even acknowledged while standing at the unattended counter waiting to order.

Brought my daughter there this evening around 820. We're told to hang on at the drive up speaker. More than five minutes later nobody had addressed us so I drove around to the empty window because there weren't any cars there ahead of me. There were nine more cars queued up behind me. I waited at that window, saw one employee kind of dancing around in the kitchen area with a headset on not actually doing anything. Finally, after a few more minutes, sitting there at the window, a different employee came to the window and I explained how I hadn't placed an order yet because I was waiting by the speaker, but nobody ever came back on and I thought maybe the speaker wasn't working anymore. He said they were so busy that they weren't taking anymore orders. I asked why they wouldn't go back on speaker and tell us so we're not just sitting there waiting and there's a line of cars around the building. He had no answer. I drove around the building and parked and walked up to every car that was waiting to let them know that they were just gonna be made to wait and wait. All the people inside were being served. The car that had been behind me when I was at the speaker was still waiting at the menu board. Same experience for her.

I have always loved Dairy Queen. I went there with my sister for lunch. I was disappointed in that, as I looked at the screen about the counter, every burger looked the same. The descriptions of the burgers didn't describe any of the differences between them. I ordered one that said bacon and it was one strip of bacon on the burger. It also had onion rings on it, but I saw nothing about onion rings on the display. The burger was not what I remembered from Dairy Queen, either. It was rather blah.

After I ate most of the burger, I went to the counter to order the salt and caramel truffle blizzard. As the guy handed me the blizzard, he demonstrated that it did not fall out of the cup when you turned it upside down. He clearly enjoys his job! The blizzard was delicious!

The restroom was clean.

The food and service were very good. The main part of the restaurant was mostly clean and presentable. The bathroom, on the other hand, was disgusting. The urinal was particularly horrible. It definitely needs attention from a plumber, then a complete deep clean.

Ordered lunch yesterday and the food was just thrown in the bags and cold. The onion rings were old and hard. Called many times no answer left phone number no call back. call and hit option to make an order no answer. The store has went down and the store manager is not profession or care about customers . This store need to make a change !!!! Just saying talk of the town that this place is awful. Customer care is across the street from this store . you get customers only because they don't wanna wait in the Chick-fil-A line.
