Awful awful awful awful. Got my order 2 hrs late with the store manager not caring a bit. After over an hour of waiting I called to get an update only to be told my pizza's were just now going into the over. Should see it in 20 mins. Another hour went by and I called again to be told we should of gotten it already and he will find out where it is. 25 mins later I finally got the stone cold tasteless pizza. Never offered an apology or even a care at all from this staff and the quality of the product was terrible. Either pay them better so you get better employees or show them how to give better customer service starting from the owner down. Reflects the care of an owner and lack of care for their customers. Contacted corporate on the experience only to get a generic email back saying they will look into it. 2 weeks later...no response from them.

I had the best experience today at Domino’s in Hendersonville. Great customer service. Just watching the manager interact with his employee, and his customers gave me good vibes. We ordered several pizzas - order was fast and pizza was great.

Called in an order for what I thought and wanted was 2 medium pepperoni pizza's for $6.99 each and was told my order was $37.00 they told me I had to order online to get that deal so I did that and at no time was I asked for or directed to a coupon when I got to the store the guy told me it was $37.00 I explained to him how I called in and was told to order online and I did so why didn't I get the $6.99 deal for ordering 2 pizza's he was VERY RUDE and he wasn't going to give it to me for $6.99 because I didn't use the coupon which like I said never came up when ordering online so I left without my pizza's and went somewhere else and I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DOMINO'S VERY RUDE AND HE TURNED AROUND AND THREW THE PIZZA'S AWAY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This Domino’s location is complete garbage! 3 hours later no pizza! You call them and they say, “It’s here” “We will deliver it in 30 to 45 minutes! 2nd time I have dealt with this but, no more!

Got there at 5:50. Tracker is stuck I guess, it's now 6:20pm & I've been inside to ask twice.
Still shows "Matthew started on your order at 5:30"
Finally shows BAKING at 6:21 pm.
Many others came and went with their pizza while I sat and sat.
Order finally brought to me at 6:29pm.
HORRIBLE experience.

Disappointed!! I typically don’t have a complaint with Domino’s.. However this last pizza was not as I asked. I asked for light provolone cheese for dietary reasons & did not get that & where is the feta cheese?
