Guess I'm lucky, I've never had a bad experience here. Always great food and service.

This location is no good.
Food will be cold or not prepared properly.
Staff changes over so fast it’ll make your head spin, mostly nice people but they do hire a handful of rude folks.
This morning I pulled in at 5:30 to grab food for my child who I was taking to the airport. The parking lot was empty, when I pulled up to the speaker to pick up my mobile order the lady who responded had a condescending tone, like I was interrupting her or she was just pissed she had to work? Not sure which, but my son picked up on it too. Bacon was so nasty that we threw it away….waste of money and time.

There are 2 other Dunkin locations closer to my house. I drive to this location because the service is consistent and superior.

Do not order curbside they will let you sit outside for 20 minutes and then you will have to go inside to get your order. I placed curbside because I have things to do and they did not care there was absolutely nobody at the building for the first 5 to 10 minutes. I sat there and then after 20 minutes I had to go inside and my order was just sitting on the counter watered Down. This is why I do not use this location.

The staff is great. Best coffee, the doughnuts are good.
Every time I go here, I feel like a nuisance for going inside for service. Today was the final straw. 5 minutes of standing at the counter actively being ignored without even an acknowledgment of my existence. The family behind me got tired waiting and left too. It’s obvious they don’t want my money so I’ll oblige them and take my business elsewhere from now on. Loyal customer gone.
Best Tea ever.
There is something wrong with our order every time. Today there was no mocha in my iced mocha latte (again), everything seasoning when we ordered plain bagels, and part of our order was left out. We always try to give them the benefit and try again, but this is getting old. We will be going to another one from now on.
On more than one occasion we have had missing items from our delivery order.

ok normally i don’t write reviews even if i disliked a place so much but recently I got that dunkin’ donuts $6 meal here and it was so BAD i wanted to cry. first of all my peppermint mocha tasted like actual dog water and was DISGUSTING, second of all, my tater tot thingies were so mushy and tasted old and then the sandwich was alright i guess… but OH my GOD this meal gave me the WORST case of food poisoning EVER bro… i was non stop puking for a day and then even now (days later) i’ve just been crazy nauseous. it’s truly the worst sickness i’ve had in a while. also this was the only meal i had in a 15 hour time frame so i KNOW it had to be because of this. but yeah anyways, the people were nice and chill i guess but i am so scared to ever eat here again.

This is THE BEST Dunkin Donut store in Hendersonville. The donuts are plentiful and always fresh. Those working in this store are friendly, kind, and polite. Thanks to the owner/management for their commitment to top notch customer service and food!

Normally I have had a pretty good experience at this location multiple times. Today, not so much. I'll admit I was confusing at the speaker bc I didn't want to say a blended drink but I just couldn't get my words out to say frozen coffee. I also wanted a half dozen of assorted donuts and that's the last thing I told the lady before I came to the window, I apologized for the confusion and she said it was okay we have it taken care of. Perfect tone, wasn't rude about it. So she slides the window closed after giving my coffee to me and then opens it about 15 seconds later saying "Sorry, I'm on a time here, can you go now?" When I explained I thought I was waiting on my half dozen she goes "oh no, I just rung you up for the coffee. " Total attitude change and all. Maybe she was having a rough day, I'm not sure, but who doesn't? It caught me off guard so I just said "oh okay, thanks."

I observed in employee remove a used spoon from a cup of coffee and water and use it to stir and mix my drink. Afterwards she returned it to the same cup with a mix of coffee and water in it and I presume it will be used again to mix other customers drinks
