Normally I have had a pretty good experience at this location multiple times. Today, not so much. I'll admit I was confusing at the speaker bc I didn't want to say a blended drink but I just couldn't get my words out to say frozen coffee. I also wanted a half dozen of assorted donuts and that's the last thing I told the lady before I came to the window, I apologized for the confusion and she said it was okay we have it taken care of. Perfect tone, wasn't...
