Dunkin'

I go here almost once a week. I generally get the same order everytime Avacodo toast with bacon and everytime they give me my order without the bacon! If it wasn’t a price difference I probably wouldn’t make an issue. But today I was completely over it and on top of it all the girl through my food across the counter tearing the box. The toast is never properly toasted and when i ask them to fix it their is always attitude.

Girls standing around on phones, not doing anything. Slow, could use a cleaning, AC was not working when we were there. Disappointing across the board.

I ordered a small matcha latte, excited to drink it just to find out the milk is expired. UGH!!

Don't go through the drive thru after dark without sunglasses. The menu at this location is so close to the line and so bright that it will blind you after you pass it, and it's not safe to be driving like that

By far, the most consistently inept and poorly run dunkin donuts I have ever visited. Today was definitely my last time ever to patronize this location. On this occasion, I waited at least 10 minutes with no one else in line, for the incompetent workers to never get around to taking my order. The service and atmosphere at this location is abysmal, to say the least. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on New Shackle Island that is 5 minutes away. This location should be closed permanently to preserve the reputation of the brand.

I waited in drive through for 15 minutes to purchase two donuts. The order was incorrect. I saw only two teenagers and neither knew what they were doing, nor did they know the difference between Boston Creme and Bavarian Creme donuts.
If you're going leave your business in the hands of two underage kids, please train them, and a quick tutorial in everyday manners could only boost your business.

4th time in 2 weeks that they aren’t doing food because they are “cleaning oven” at 5pm…. They do this so they can leave early. Absolutely ridiculous.
