Standard Dunkin. The associates were nice on my visit. They had dog toys for sale to benefit a children’s charity. There was also a sign on the door for charity. I imagine it’s mostly for corporate image and virtue signaling, but good to see community support either way.

I am a loyal Dunkin customer, I usually start my mornings before work with a matcha latte, I get the same thing every day but this location specific struggles so hard to get this right, most of the time the matcha is clumpy at the bottom of my drink which I can kind of deal with bc I can stir it up but for the past two times I’ve went there whoever has been fixing my matcha isn’t even reading the order, they leave out the sweetener every time & it’s frustrating bc I don’t have time to turn around & get it fixed correctly due to having to be to work on time & I can’t get my money back through the app, also can’t get anyone to answer the phone. It’s annoying & a waste of money to say the least.

No one ever gets the order right, waited 20 minute for 3 cars in front of me, and then the order is wrong when I get home , never again.

This was quite possibly the worst DD experience I’ve had.. ever. In the drive through I asked the guy on the mic if there was a Sugar free sweetener option for a specific beverage, to which he laughed and quite rudely began to break down that the beverage had the word “sugar” in the name so obviously “there’s sugar all in there”. While he was saying this I heard another girl (loud enough I could hear through the mic btw) say “idiot” and begin laughing with the gentleman on the microphone.
When we got down to the low sugar options I ended up requesting an iced late with two sugar free SWEETENERS along with a ham and Swiss croissant. The croissant came out COLD, and my “Latte” was nothing more than a full cup of milk with what I could guess was a tablespoon worth of coffee added and maybe one pump of the SF “sweetener.. It was the most disgraceful excuse for a latte I’ve ever tasted. I’m Irish and haven’t been in the sun all summer, and this Latte was lighter in color than ME! Needless to say I was very let down by this experience…

Ordered sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and when I got home it had bacon, egg, and cheese. Not what I paid for. Plus had to ask for napkins. Really come on and do your job right.

I hate to say this, but I feel compelled to share my experience lately. Most of my mornings start with a simple Dunkin’ Donuts coffee—nothing fancy, just a quick stop for coffee and maybe a couple of donuts. But the drive-through situation has been getting really frustrating.
Today, I waited 15 minutes and was still two cars back of the ordering board. I’m juggling a busy schedule and can’t afford to spend half my morning in line. Honestly, if I’d stayed, I would have been looking at a 25 to 30-minute wait, which just isn’t feasible for me.
I ended up having to leave the line so I could make it to my next commitment on time. It would be great if the Dunkin’ Donuts at this location could find a way to speed things up, especially for those of us who rely on the drive-through to keep our day moving. We really don’t have the luxury of waiting around for that long.
Hoping to see some improvements soon!

Girls are rude, bratty, arguing loudly in back, and unknowledgeable about prices, products.

I go here almost once a week. I generally get the same order everytime Avacodo toast with bacon and everytime they give me my order without the bacon! If it wasn’t a price difference I probably wouldn’t make an issue. But today I was completely over it and on top of it all the girl through my food across the counter tearing the box. The toast is never properly toasted and when i ask them to fix it their is always attitude.

The lady act like I was stupid when I ask what came in the drink. That's a good way to lose a repeat customer.

Dunkin' is always one of my favorite drink stops. There are many coffee shops around, but the service and consistency is what keeps me going back here. The workers are always prompt with my drink and they are always friendly and quickly get me on my way.
Girls standing around on phones, not doing anything. Slow, could use a cleaning, AC was not working when we were there. Disappointing across the board.

I ordered a small matcha latte, excited to drink it just to find out the milk is expired. UGH!!
Please check your milk before servicing people
