By far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Rarely have they even had sausage or biscuits available in the morning. One morning I ordered the complicated sausage biscuit, coffee, and a donut, was told to pull forward and wait. After sitting there for almost 10 min I went inside and the person working the drive thru looked at me as if they had never seen me. I asked for my money back and they were both surprised and had no idea I had been sitting out there the entire time. Poorly ran. Go somewhere else that actually serves you.

Before they remodeled, the staff here used to be VERY friendly. What happened? Every time I go through the drive through I either wait for a minute before someone greets me, or I'm immediately met by a man who can't get the microphone of the headset out of his mouth. Onto of that, this same gentleman likes to yell at the staff like I don't see it through the drive through window. If you hate your job, quit.They also don't update their menu to reflect what they have. At one point I asked for coconut milk (when they still had it) and I was given regular. What if someone had a dairy allergy?If you are great with your finances, don't go to this one, as 90% of the time I have to BEG for my receipt.I highly recommend Stomping Grounds over this store. I only come here for convenience now.

Placed is called Dunkin’ now which is fitting because they never ever have donuts. Instead of renovations I’d worry about your inventory first. No genius, but when it comes to business I’d rather make sure when the demand is there I have the supply. Another Hendersonville L.

I'm a regular at this Dunkin location because it's so close to my work, but everytime I go it's such a huge disappointment. Generally, the quality of the items you get, if you can actually get them, is what you'd expect at other locations. The problem, is it's almost impossible to get everything that you order. 9/10 if you have more than 1 item on your order, it's going to be wrong or just missing items entirely. Sometimes, you'll pull up to the drive through in the morning and be told they're refusing to make food, because that's just "too much work" for them that day.This used to not be the case when the old manager, Steve, ran the store. But ever since he left, for whatever the reason was, this location has not been the same. I think it's genuinely just a lack of management presence ensuring functionality.Please hire a competent management staff so I can just receive what I paid for. Thanks.

They mess up your drink most of the time and the girl with red hair and long nails is rude. She gives attitude and rolls her eyes when you ask simple requests to add to your drink. Starbucks is way better drinks and service.

This location needs help. Where is management?? I am still sitting in the drive though as I write this, it’s going on 30 minutes. Also, this location is always out of everything.40 minutes. That’s how long it took to order and get 1 drink and 1 donut. Also no apology and the guy working the window was less than motivated to work efficiently but I saw 2 girls inside hustling. Also, my drink tastes like they forgot the Carmel and the donut was upside down in the bag so all the icing was coming off.I’m so confused by all of this and would really appreciate a refund.

If I could rate it a zero, I absolutely would. When they remodeled the store, they must have remodeled these kids’ brains? Never open on time, 30-40 minutes before even making it to the speaker to order, and another 10-20 minutes to receive your order at the window. Don’t even bother trying to order ahead! Doors are always locked and employees won’t bat an eyelash if they notice you. All around horrible service. Just go to Starbucks.

This location is terrible. They never make the coffee how you want it and make you feel stupid if you ask for anything extra in your coffee. I ordered a bacon wrap and the bacon was not even cooked ? it was disgusting. The hash browns were burnt to a crisp. I used to like Dunkin’ because of their breakfast food but not anymore.

Regular at many locations. For longer than 2 years, with exception being associates visiting from other locations, this location SUCKS. Never can get the drinks right. And for some reason make you feel like you are an interruption or inconvenience. Not your fault Dunkin. It's the work force currently. But we all need to be aware. I should have read the reviews first. I also filled out my survey. Thanks for wasting my time, money, and now with this, my energy.

Garbage coffee, garbage customer service. I don’t understand how a franchise could consistently make such bad coffee.

I'm not one to leave reviews, let alone bad reviews but my god this place was terrible. I work night shift and ordered a coffee on my way like 10 minutes before I would arrive. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for a good 15 minutes saying "hello?" multiple times with no response. I pulled around and went in to at LEAST 4 young kids just standing there doing nothing. They were all standing there while the poor kid who looked like he was training was the one making my order. At least two or three of them had headsets on and nobody answered me at the drive thru. My experience was absolutely infuriating. I'm also late to work because of this :)
