I’m a bar fly. I enjoy people watching and can learn a lot from it. I frequent Edit for the cocktails, people watching and small bites however, the recent staff needs a re-do! My husband and I have been here twice now. We were surprised by how good the food was. The cocktails were great too. My biggest issue is that there were 2 servers that had our table, but neither seemed that interested in attending to us. My friend and I ate on the earlier side of a Thursday evening. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxed which we appreciated. Our server was very attentive but as the restaurant got busier we could tell he was being stretched thin as it seemed he was also bartending and only one of what looked like two servers for the whole establishment.
